摘要： An inspection room decision support system for providing support in deciding one inspection room in which a requested endoscopic inspection will be conducted, plural inspection rooms, the system includes: an input unit that inputs information; a registration unit that registers at least information about each of the inspection rooms, information about a number of persons waiting for inspection in each of the inspection rooms and information about an endoscope used in each of the inspection rooms into a database in accordance with the information inputted by the input unit; and a control unit which reads at least the information about each of the inspection rooms, the information about the number of persons waiting for inspection in each of the inspection rooms and the information about the endoscope in each of the inspection rooms from the database, and makes a display device display these pieces of information associated with each other.

摘要： An inspection information administering system for recording and managing various kinds of information about an inspection, includes: a selection unit which selects a piece of information to be referred to or edited; and a display unit which displays a reference/edition screen corresponding to the piece of information selected by the selection unit. The selection unit can select a plurality of pieces of information. The display unit displays reference/edition screens corresponding to a plurality of pieces of information in different display regions simultaneously and respectively, when the plurality of pieces of information are selected by the selection unit.

摘要： A system for endoscope data management of an endoscopic image of a body acquired by an endoscope is provided. An image filing apparatus retrieves the image from the endoscope, and records data of the image and scope ID assigned to the endoscope in association with one another. A washer washes the endoscope. A memory is incorporated in the washer, for storing log information of washing of the endoscope. A data manager retrieves the log information on line with the washer, to record the scope ID and the log information in association with one another. A server device records the data of the image, the scope ID and the log information on line with the image filing apparatus and the data manager. Furthermore, the data manager includes an editor for editing the log information of the washer.

摘要： Adequate use item information and subject's condition criterion information are determined in advance. Actual use item information and actual subject's condition information are inputted. The actual use item information includes information of at least one used medical device and information of at least one used medicine. The actual subject's condition information indicates biological conditions of the subject after conduction of the inspection. The actual use item information is compared with the adequate use item information and the actual subject's condition information is compared with the subject's condition criterion information so that pieces of information with difference therebetween are extracted as difference information. Whether the conducted specific medical inspection was carried out adequately or not is determined based on the difference information.

摘要： A cooperative processing method includes: transmitting pathological inspection request information from an endoscopic sector to a pathological sector, the pathological inspection request information being created by use of an endoscopic inspection report and for requesting the pathological sector to perform pathological inspection; managing status information for the pathological inspection request received on the pathological sector side; issuing a request to change the transmitted pathological inspection request information corresponding to the report when there occurs a change in the report; acquiring the status information of the pathological inspection request information upon reception of the change request and determining whether the pathological inspection request information can be changed or not; and changing the pathological inspection request information when it is concluded that the pathological inspection request information can be changed, and transmitting a change rejection notification when it is concluded that the pathological inspection request information cannot be changed.
