摘要： A manufacturing device for manufacturing a reclosable-tape-having bag manufactures a reclosable-tape-having bag in which a reclosable tape is mounted on an inner surface of a bag body 10 while an open tape 23 for ripping and opening the bag body 10 is provided between a mounting base 212 and an upper film 11 of the bag body 10. The manufacturing device for manufacturing the reclosable-tape-having bag includes a notching instrument 110 for forming a notch on the bag body 10. The notching instrument 110 includes: a whole-notching instrument 110A for punching the upper film 11, a lower film 12, the open tape 23 and the mounting base 212 to form a tab on a side seal of the bag body 10; and a half-notching instrument 110B for forming an incision on the lower film 12 and a portion of the mounting base 212 corresponding to a position of the open tape 23.

摘要： An oriented splittable film which contains nylon and meta-xylene adipamide at a weight ratio of 40-85:15-60 and which was oriented with a magnification above 2.8 times in both directions of MD and TD. Examples of nylon include nylon 66, nylon 6-66 copolymer and so on. Under this manufacturing method for an oriented splittable film, when a raw film is heated in a biaxially orienting process, such as the tubular method, the heating temperature at the side part of the film, in the direction of film width, when folding the bubbles, is controlled along the circumference direction of the bubbles so that it is lower than the heating temperature of the part of the film which is used later as a product. The heat treatment process for these films includes a first heat treatment step implemented for films at temperatures between 120 degrees C. and 190 degrees C. based on the tubular method or tenter method and a second heat treatment step implemented for films at temperatures between 190 degrees C. and 220 degrees C. based on the tenter method.

摘要： The inner bottom (222b) of a female-like projection (22b) is provided with an elastic viscous material (4) continuous along the longitudinal direction so as to bulge into a space defined between hooks (221b, 221b) of the female-like projection (22b). When a female-like projection (21a) is fitted in the female-like projection (21b), the elastic viscous material (4) is pressed against the head (221a) of the male-like projection (22a) so as to be abutted against the head (221a) of the male-like projection (22a) while undergoing elastic deformation, and is in intimate contact with the surface of the front end side of the head (221a) by the adhesive force and elastic force, whereby the airtightness of the zipper-equipped bag can be secured.

摘要： An oriented splittable film which contains nylon and meta-xylylene adipamide at a weight ratio of 40-85:15-60 and which was oriented with a magnification above 2.8 times in both directions of MD and TD. Examples of nylon include nylon 66, nylon 6-66 copolymer and so on. Under this manufacturing method for an oriented splittable film, when a raw film is heated in a biaxially orienting process, such as the tubular method, the heating temperature at the side part of the film, in the direction of film width,,when folding the bubbles, is controlled along the circumference direction of the bubbles so that it is lower than the heating temperature of the part of the film which is used later as a product. The heat treatment process for these films includes a first heat treatment step implemented for films at temperatures between 120 degrees C and 190 degrees C based on the tubular method or tenter method and a second heat treatment step implemented for films at temperatures between 190 degrees C and 220 degrees C based on the tenter method.

摘要： An easy-cleavage film comprising a first layer, a second layer and a third layer which contain Nylon 6 (Ny 6), meta-xylylene adipamide (MXD 6) and polyamide elastomer (PAE), in which the film is defined by (1) the content of the components of each layer, (2) the layer ratio of each layer and (3) the orientation ratio, more specifically, (1) the first layer and the third layer having 60 to 85% by weight of Ny 6 content, 15 to 40% by weight of MXD 6 content and 0.1 to 10.0% by weight of PAE content, the second layer having 0 to 40% by weight of Ny 6 content, 60 to 100% by weight of MXD 6 content and 0.1 to 10.0% by weight of PAE content (each layer having Ny 6+MXD 6+PAE=100% by weight, further, the MXD 6 content in the second layer being larger than the MXD 6 content in the first layer and the third layer), (2) the layer ratio of the first layer through the third layer being defined as 1:8:1-4:2:4, the layer ratio between the first layer (or the third layer) and the second layer being defined as 1:8-2:1, and the layer ratio between the first layer and the third layer being defined as 1:2-2:1, and (3) an orientation ratio of more than 2.8 times in both the direction of the movement of the film (MD direction) and the direction of the width of the film (TD direction).
