    摘要: An optical filter element having high isolation and reduction in reflection loss for input light beams. The optical filter element is used with a transparent substrate having a surface that includes a first area and a second area. The optical filter element has a target wavelength range. The optical filter element includes a first dielectric multilayer film arranged in the first area of the transparent substrate. A second dielectric multilayer film is arranged in the second area of the surface of the transparent substrate. The second dielectric multilayer film has a reflectance of a predetermined value or less for a light beam having a wavelength in the target wavelength range. A portion of the second dielectric multilayer film and a portion of the first dielectric multilayer film are laminated each other.

Consequently, the amount of water present in the mixture can be controlled to an appropriate range and a stable yield can be achieved in the method of producing a radioactive-fluorine-labeled organic compound.

    摘要: A beam splitter having an optical multilayer thin film is disclosed. The optical multilayer thin film is formed by laminating six layers in sequence. The laminated six layers comprise: a first layer, a third layer and a fifth layer each having a refractive index from 1.63 to 1.64; a second layer and a sixth layer each having a refractive index from 1.37 to 1.38, a fourth layer having a refractive index from 1.9 to 2.3; in which light is allowed to be incident upon the first layer of the optical multilayer thin film at the angle of incidence equal to or greater than 40.degree.. The reflectances of S and P polarized components of reflected light are substantially equal to each other over a wide wavelength range and substantially no phase difference exists between the S and P polarized components. The beam splitter having a multilayer polarizing light separating film formed between an incoming side prism and an outgoing side prism is extremely high in the reflectance of the P polarized component of reflected light, in comparison with that of the S polarized component of the same reflected light.

    摘要: An optical multilayer thin film and a beam splitter having an optical multilayer thin film are disclosed. The optical multilayer thin film is formed by laminating six layers in sequence. The beam splitter includes at least one optical element provided with a beam splitting surface that is inclined with respect to an optical axis of the photographing lens, and a multi-layer film including a plurality of layers of dielectric materials is formed on the beam splitting surface. The multi-layer film is configured such that the beam splitting surface exhibits a substantially constant reflectivity at least for visible light that is incident on the beam splitting surface at any incident angle within a predetermined range.
