摘要： A TPA variant with replacement of amino acids is provided. In a typical embodiment, the variant has an amino acid sequence with replacement of the amino acid group consisting of asparagine at the 37th position, serine at the 38th position, glycine at the 39th position, arginine at the 40th position, alanine at the 41st position, and glutamine at the 42nd position from the N-terminus of the amino acid sequence of mature human tissue plasminogen activator.

摘要： A DNA sequence on which a chromosomal DNA sequence coding for human interferon-.gamma. (HuIFN-.gamma.) and having a TATA box is ligated to a sequence of a promoter. Cell cultures transformed with said DNA revealed a higher expression of HuIFN- than cell cultures transformed with a DNA which does not have such TATA box. When transformed with said DNA, cell cultures produced HuIFN-.gamma. in a serum free medium. Transformed cell cultures derived from blood cells of HuIFN-.gamma. resistant human cell-line also could produce HuIFN-.gamma..

摘要： It is an object to utilize a novel HSCA-3 antigen occurring in immature hemopoietic stem cells and a monoclonal antibody recognizing said antigen in 1) the immunoassay or flow cytometry involving antibody labeling and 2) the isolation and purification of immature hemopoietic stem cells from human bone marrow cells, umbilical code blood or blood enriched in human hemopoietic stem cells by mobilization with G-CSF.It is directed to a novel HSCA-3 antigen occurring in immature hemopoietic stem cells and to a monoclonal antibody or an immunoreactive fragment thereof which recognizes said antigen.
