摘要: Provided is a lever fitting-type connector wherein the time for connecting a second connector comprised of a plurality of connector segments to a first connector can be reduced; and a compact connector portion of a wire harness can be obtained. A second connector (14) fitted and connected to a first connector (13) by an operation for rotating a fitting operation lever (15) attached to the first connector (13), is configured by combining a main connector segment (31) with a subsidiary connector segment (32). The main connector segment (31) has a lever engagement portion (34) to be engaged with the fitting operation lever (15) when the main connector segment is fitted to an initial fitting position. The main connector segment (31) is shifted from the initial fitting position to a complete fitting position by an operation for rotating the fitting operation lever (15).

摘要: A grommet (1) has a central shaft (2)through which a wire harness (5) is inserted. A circular connection portion (31) is provided continuously to the periphery of the central shaft(2.) A convex cross-sectionally V-shaped ring-like lip (32) is extensibly provided to the circular connection portion (31) in the direction of the center of the central shaft. A flange portion (33) is provided continuously to the lip portion (32.) When the grommet (1) is assembled to a body panel (10,) the lip (32) of the grommet (1) is extended in the direction of the center of the central shaft (2) of the grommet (1,) thereby reducing the diameter of the lip (32.) Then, the lip(32) is inserted into the through hole (12) of the body panel (10.) Thus, a low insertion force is sufficient when the grommet is inserted thereinto. Consequently, the assemblability of the grommet (1)is enhanced.

摘要: In a grommet (1), a centering unit and a temporary anchor unit are provided on an outer surface of a grommet inner member (2). The centering unit includes a plurality of centering portions (e.g., centering claws 8) configured to elastically abut on an attachment panel (20) at an inner edge thereof around an insertion hole (21) so as to position the grommet inner member (2) in a center of the insertion hole (21). The temporary anchor unit includes a plurality of engaging portions (e.g., temporary anchor claws 7) configured to engage with the inner edge of the attachment panel (20), thereby supporting the grommet (1) in an axial direction thereof before lock portions (e.g., lock claws 6) make the grommet inner member (2) retained at the inner edge of the attachment panel (20) around the insertion hole (21) when the grommet inner member (2) is inserted into the insertion hole (21).

摘要: A discharge tube according to the present invention is constructed such that it comprises a cylindrical container made of an insulation tube, a pair of discharge electrodes provided at opposite ends of the cylindrical container, a plurality of insulation coated lines containing a gas-ionization accelerator therein, which insulation coated lines being provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical container covering the regions surrounding a cathode and a discharge space therein in a substantially parallel relation with a center axis of the cylindrical container, wherein the gas-ionization accelerator is made of a silicate powder selected from the group of alkaline metal, alkaline earth metal and so on, or of electrically conductive finely divided particles selected from the group of carbon, metal, metal oxide and so on. The discharge tube according to the present invention shows stabilized discharge inception characteristics even when the frequency of repetitive discharge is low, and in addition, it does not generate an inner creeping discharge even if it is continuously used for a long time, thereby providing a stabilized discharge operation.

摘要: A discharge tube according to the present invention is constructed such that it includes a cylindrical container made of an insulation tube, a pair of discharge electrodes provided at opposite ends of the container, a plurality of insulation coated lines containing a gas-ionization accelerator therein, which insulation coated lines being provided in the grooves formed on the inner surface of the container covering the regions surrounding a cathode and a discharge space therein in a substantially same distance from a center axis of the container, wherein the container further comprises a flange portion formed at the cathode-side thereof in such a way that it protrudes inwardly, and the insulation coated lines are provided on the inner surface of the container except the inner side of the flange portion. The discharge tube as constructed above shows a stabilized discharge inception characteristics regardless of the frequency of repetitive discharge, and is also capable of avoiding an inner creeping discharge even when the discharge is repeated for a long time, yet providing a constant life time.
