    摘要： A medical treatment apparatus includes an energy source, a first treating portion joining the living tissues together, a second treating portion which is interposed between the living tissues and which denatures a joint surface of the living tissues in contact with the second treating portion, a detecting portion, and a controller. The first treating portion includes holding members having holding surfaces to hold the living tissues, and an energy output unit which is provided on the holding surfaces and which join the living tissues together when energy is applied thereto from the energy source. The detecting portion detects at least one of biological information regarding the living tissues held by the pair of holding members and regarding the living tissues between the holding members and the second treating portion. The controller controls an output of the energy output unit and the second treating portion on the basis of the biological information.

    摘要： A treatment system includes a pair of holding members, a high-frequency energy output section, a heat generating section and a control section. At least one of the pair of holding members moves to the other holding member. The high-frequency energy output section and the heat generating section are provided on at least one of the holding members. The high-frequency energy output section exerts high-frequency energy to a living tissue to denature the living tissue, and collects the biological information of the living tissue. The heat generating section applies heat to it held between the holding members, generates the heat owing to the supply of the energy, and conducts the heat therefrom to denature the living tissue. The control section controls the output of the energy to the high-frequency energy output section and the heat generating section based on the biological information collected by the high-frequency energy output section.

    摘要： A treatment system includes an energy source, a pair of holding portions, an output portion and a cooling section. To hold a living tissue of a treatment target, at least one of the pair of the holding portions relatively moves with respect to the other holding portion. The output portion is disposed on at least one of the holding portions and connected with the energy source. Moreover, the output portion thermally denatures the living tissue, when the energy is supplied from the energy source. The cooling section inhibits the thermal spread in a direction away from the output portion.
