The X direction arm and the Y direction arm are constructed such that the arm drive mechanism performs the moving actuation of the Y direction arm and the moving actuation of the X direction arm with a time difference being provided between the pressing of the work piece against the Y direction positioning pin and the pressing of the work piece against the X direction positioning pin.

A disk apparatus has a rotatable actuator adapted to magnetically latch in a predetermined stop position when the disk apparatus is not operating. The actuator rotates about a rotating or swinging shaft and includes a coil arm having a latch magnet. The coil arm is adapted to pass between opposing permanent magnets when the actuator rotates about the rotating or swinging shaft. When the actuator is in the stop position, the latch magnet is outside of the area between the permanent magnets, therefore generating a repulsive force between the latch magnet and permanent magnets, inducing the actuator to magnetically latch. When the disk apparatus is operating, the latch magnet travels between the permanent magnets, resulting in opposing repulsive magnetic forces having equal magnitudes which cancel each other, maintaining the actuator's attitude without rotating it. In this manner, the latch magnet does not interfere with the operation of the actuator, and locks the actuator in a stop or park condition when the disk apparatus is not operating.

The present invention relates to a design support system constructed so as to comprise a manufacturing line information preparation section and an output section. On the basis of element types selected by a selection section as arbitrary element types to be used for constituting a manufacturing line, the manufacturing line information preparation section prepares information about the manufacturing line by means of acquiring information about element types stored in an element type database beforehand. The output section can output the information about the manufacturing line prepared by the manufacturing line information preparation section. A manufacturing line including a plurality of steps is efficiently examined, determined, and established, thereby shortening the time required to design and manufacture the manufacturing line and curtailing manufacturing costs.

The dust catcher catches fine dusts contained in the fluid. The diffusion of the fine dusts can thus be prevented in the fluid. The viscosity of the fluid cannot increase. The rotation shaft keeps smoothly rotating in an expected manner.
