    摘要: The present invention provides metallocene compounds which exhibit high polymerization activity for production of highly stereoregular polymers, as well as a production process for olefin polymers which employs olefin polymerization catalysts containing the compounds, and olefin polymers obtained by the production process. A metallocene compound of the present invention is represented by the following general formula (1): YKLMX2  (1) wherein M represents a titanium atom, zirconium atom or hafnium atom; K and L are fused rings coordinated to M and each independently represents a fused ring of a cyclopentadienyl ring and a 5-membered ring, a fused ring of a cyclopentadienyl ring and a 6-membered ring or a fused ring of a cyclopentadienyl ring and a 7-membered ring; Y is a bridge group crosslinking K and L; and each X is bonded to M; and K and L have a 2-furyl group, substituted 2-furyl group, 2-thienyl group, substituted 2-thienyl group, 2-furfuryl group or substituted 2-furfuryl group on at least one position among each of the 2-positions, 4-positions and 5-positions.

    摘要: A supported metallocene catalyst comprising solid fine particles which comprise a reaction product of a metallocene compound and aluminoxane supported on the finely particulate inorganic support, said solid fine particles being produced by carrying out in order of the following steps: (a) reacting a metallocene compound with an aluminoxane in an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent to form a reaction product, (b) contacting the reaction product with a finely particulate inorganic support at a temperature of 85 to 150° C. in the presence of any aromatic hydrocarbon solvent to form a solid product, and (c) washing the solid product with an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent at a temperature of −50° C. to +30° C.

    摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing olefin polymers or copolymers which can freely regulates the molecular weight of the polymers or copolymers as well as novel olefin polymers or copolymers excellent in rigidity, heat-resisting property and transparency, moldings and compositions thereof which find a wide variety of applications in versatile industrial parts including containers, films, sheets, filaments or fibers, featured by (1) a process for producing olefin polymers or copolymers by the aid of a catalyst comprised predominantly of the compounds: (A) a transition metal compound of the formula: Q(C5H4−mR1m)(C5H4−nR2n)MXY, (B) an aluminoxane, (C) a fine particulate carrier, and (D) an organoaluminum compound; (2) olefin polymers or copolymers characterized by (a) a specific ratio of isotactic pentad, (b) 2,1- and 1.3-propylene units contents in the polymer chain, (c) a specific Mw, (d) a specific Mw/Mn, and (e) in case of elevating temperature of o-dichlorobenzene continuously or stepwise up to given temperatures to measure the amount of eluated polyolefin at each temperature, the position of a main elution peak and the amount of components existing in the range of ±10° C. of the main elution peak; (3) injection moldings, films, filaments or fibers, and non-woven fabric of the polypropylene obtained; and (4) a composition comprising the polypropylene obtained and an &agr;-nucleating agent or a composition comprising the polypropylene and a radical generator and having been produced by subjecting to the mixture to melt-kneading.

    摘要: A process for producing .alpha.-olefin polymers having high crystallinity and good particle form, with a high yield is provided. The polymerization therefor is carried out in the presence of a preactivated catalyst suitable particularly to gas phase polymerization or gas phase polymerization following slurry or bulk polymerization.The catalyst is prepared by reacting a reduction solid prepared by reducing TiCl.sub.4 with an organoaluminum compound, with an electron donor and an electron acceptor to obtain a solid product, andcombining this solid product with an organoaluminum compound, an .alpha.-olefin and a reaction product of an organoaluminum compound with an electron donor.

    摘要: A catalyst for use in polymerization of olefins which comprises a carrier mainly composed of a magnesium compound precipitated from a solution and a catalytic component supported on the carrier and selected from titanium halides, vanadyl halides and vanadium halides is described. The catalyst is obtained by a process which comprises: (A) mixing (a) at least one magnesium compound with (c) a saturated or unsaturated monohydric or polyhydric alcohol for reaction in dissolved state in the presence of (b) carbon dioxide in an inert hydrocarbon solvent to obtain component (A); (B) subjecting the component (A) to mixing and reaction with (d) a titanium and/or a vanadyl halide and/or a vanadium halide of the general formula, VX.sub.r (OR.sup.8).sub.4-r, and also with (e) at least one boron compound, Si compound and/or Siloxane compound thereby obtaining solid product (I); (C) reacting the solid product (I) with (f) a cyclic ether with or without R.sup.12 OH thereby causing dissolution and re-precipitation to obtain solid product (II); and (D) subjecting the solid product (II) to further reaction with (g) component (B) consisting of a titanium halide and/or a vanadyl halide and/or a vanadium halide, and/or a SiX.sub. s (OR.sup.9).sub.4-s, thereby obtaining solid product (III), followed either by further reaction with a mixture of the component (B) and (h) an electron donor or by reaction of (g) with the solid product (III) obtained by the reaction between the solid product (II) and (h) or (h) with (j) electron donor, thereby obtaining solid product (IV) for use as the catalytic component.

    摘要: A solid catalyst component which can produce .alpha.-olefin polymers having a high stereoregularity and a good powder fluidity, stably and with a good efficiency in gas phase polymerization, particularly in gas phase copolymerization, a catalyst for .alpha.-olefin polymerization using the above solid catalyst component and a process for producing the above catalyst component, are provided,which solid catalyst component is charcterized in that it contains titanium as an active ingredient and is in the form of hollow fine particles, andwhich process is characterized by adding a reaction product (I) of an organoaluminum compound (A) with an electron dnor (B.sub.1) to TiCl.sub.4 and reacting these under agitation in a baffle ratio of 0.35 or less with a power required for agitation of 2.50 KW/m.sup.3 or less at a temperature of 0.degree. to 70.degree. C. for a period of 1 to 10 hours and further reacting an electron donor (B.sub.2) and an electron acceptor (E) with the resulting solid product (II) to obtain a solid product (III) i.e. the solid catalyst component.
