    摘要: A printed wiring board, including a printed wiring member which respectively has object conductor that is subjected to electromagnetic wave shielding on at least one surface of an insulating layer; and an electromagnetic wave shielding member which has an electromagnetic wave shielding layer composed of a low-resistance section and a high-resistance section on at least one surface of a base film. The printed wiring member and the electromagnetic wave shielding member are bonded together with interposition of insulating adhesive layers, and with arrangement of the electromagnetic wave shielding layer separately and in opposition so that the object conductor is covered. The electromagnetic wave shielding layer and the object conductor are composed of the same type of conductive material, and the electromagnetic wave shielding layer is not exposed at the circumferential end faces of the printed wiring board.

    摘要: An electromagnetic noise suppressor of the present invention includes a base material containing a binding agent and a composite layer formed by integrating the binding agent that is a part of the base material and the magnetic material. This electromagnetic noise suppressor has high electromagnetic noise suppressing effect in the sub-microwave band, and enables it to reduce the space requirement and weight. The electromagnetic noise suppressor can be manufactured by forming the composite layer on the surface of the base material by physical vapor deposition of the magnetic material onto the surface of the base material. The article with an electromagnetic noise suppressing function of the present invention is an electronic component, a printed wiring board, a semiconductor integrated circuit or other article of which at least a part of the surface is covered by the electromagnetic noise suppressor of the present invention.

    摘要: An anisotropically electroconductive adhesive which is solid at room temperature, preferably, in the form of a film is prepared by dispersing conductive particles such as metal particles and the like in a thermoplastic insulating adhesive composition comprising an unvulcanized thermoplastic elastomer such as a styrene-based elastomer and a crosslinked synthetic rubber and/or thermoplastic elastomer as a vulcanizate derived from an unvulcanized synthetic rubber or thermoplastic elastomer using a vulcanizing agent such as organic peroxides. The conductive adhesive is useful in adhesively bonding, for example, two electronic circuit boards without disadvantages of instability of the electric resistance, inconvenience in the application and so on.
