    摘要: Provided is a touch-panel device capable of detecting a touched position with high accuracy even when a touched area extends off an electrode area. In one embodiment, the touched area is assumed to be, for example, circular in shape. A width in an X direction (overlap width) and a width in a Y direction (overlap width) of an overlap area where the touched area in a circular shape and an electrode area overlap each other is determined based on sensor measured values. When the overlap width and the overlap width are different from each other, it is judged that the touched area extends off the electrode area, and a position of a center of the touched area in the circular shape is calculated as the touched position.

Subframe tonal data read from a memory is converted into output tonal data constituted of dark subframe tonal data at a low tone and bright subframe tonal data at a high tone, by four arithmetic calculation operations using calculation parameters supplied from a register.

Both of the transmission of a power source voltage to the high potential region from the low potential region and the transmission of video signals are performed via the intermediate potential region. Due to such a constitution, the withstand voltages in the respective regions can be suppressed to low values.

    摘要: Provided is a capacitance coupling type on-screen input image display device that enables multipoint detection in a short period of time. The on-screen input image display device includes: a detection circuit (4) for detecting a change in capacitance between the plurality of X coordinate electrodes and the plurality of Y coordinate electrodes of the touch sensor (3); a touch panel control circuit (6) for determining a touched coordinate point; and a main control circuit (7) for receiving touch coordinate data from the touch panel control circuit (6). The main control circuit (7) judges occurrence of a user's touch and coordinates of the occurrence from the touch coordinate data, and supplies a display signal corresponding to the judged coordinates to the display device (1) via the display control circuit (2), whereby the display signal is reflected on the display.

    摘要: A PWM signal generation circuit in an IPM includes an amplification circuit amplifying a voltage across terminals of a temperature sensor, a comparison circuit generating a PWM signal based on a triangular wave signal and an output signal of the amplification circuit, and a correction circuit setting an amplification ratio of the amplification circuit such that a pulse width of the PWM signal is set to a reference pulse width in an adjustment mode in which a switching element is caused to have a reference temperature. Consequently, characteristic variations in the temperature sensor, the amplification circuit, and the like can be corrected, and the temperature of the switching element can be detected with high accuracy.

A touch panel control circuit is provided for selecting one of two to four numbers of electrode terminals from among the plurality of electrode terminals (102) of the detection transparent conductive film (101), applying an AC signal provided from a signal source (105) through a current detection resistor (r) (103), and then detecting a current that flows through each of the selected electrode terminals.
