摘要： The present invention aims to relay data by using two kinds of communication systems for continuous and smooth transferring of data in accordance with a connection state. A mobile communication terminal 2 includes: a mobile communication unit 121 that connects to a mobile communication network NW to download data therethrough, a short-range communication unit 122 that transmits the data downloaded to opposing equipment through short-range communication, a communication management unit 123 that detects a state of connection with the opposing equipment, a data storage unit 126 that temporarily stores the data downloaded, and a data management unit 125 that successively hands over the data temporarily stored to the short-range communication unit 122. In the case that the state of connection indicates an out-of-service-area state, the data storage unit 126 additionally stores data being downloaded by the mobile communication unit 121. In the case that the state of connection has changed from the out-of-service-area state to a normal state, the data management unit 125 hands over not-yet-transmitted data blocks stored by the data storage unit 126 to the short-range communication unit 122.

摘要： A mask blank is formed on a transparent substrate with a light-shielding film of a material mainly containing chromium and is used for obtaining a photomask by forming the light-shielding film into a transfer pattern by lithography using an electron beam writing resist. The mask blank includes a mask layer formed on the light-shielding film for serving as an etching mask in etching that forms the light-shielding film into the transfer pattern. The mask layer is made of a material containing silicon. The mask blank further includes a chromium nitride-based film formed on the mask layer and containing at least chromium and nitrogen.

摘要： A fast reactor having a reactivity control reflector has a reactor vessel in which a coolant is accommodated, a reactor core which is installed in the reactor vessel and dipped with the coolant, and a reflector installed outside of the reactor core so as to be movable in a vertical direction for controlling the reactivity of the reactor core. The reflector of the fast reactor has a lower neutron reflecting portion having a neutron reflection capability higher than that of the coolant and an upper cavity portion located above the neutron reflecting portion and having a neutron reflection capability lower than that of the coolant. The cavity portion is composed of a plurality of cylindrical hermetically-sealed vessels.

摘要： With an appropriate signal transmission form, a drive pulse output circuit is mounted to an ink jet head, so that waveform distortion of an actuator drive pulse for jet of ink drops is inhibited or prevented. Modulated signal data in memory is read to output a modulated signal, which is power-amplified by a digital power amplifier. The amplified digital signal is smoothed to be output to an actuator as a drive pulse. As a result, the digital power amplifier having high amplification efficiency efficiently amplifies the power of the modulated signal, thereby eliminating the need to use a cooling unit. The drive pulse output circuit can be mounted to the ink jet heads, thereby shortening the transmission path of an actuator drive pulse, which inhibits or prevents any waveform distortion of the drive pulse. The transmission of the modulated signal data DATA is implemented with a low frequency.
