Abstract: A data sharing system may facilitate sharing of data with third party systems. The data sharing request can be identified as being a potential privacy risk. To reduce the potential privacy risk, in one example, requested user data can be modified prior to sharing. The modified user data can be shared with the third party system rather than sharing unmodified user data.

Abstract: An image of a check that is in the field of view of a camera is monitored prior to the image of the check being captured. The camera is associated with a mobile device. When the image of the check in the field of view passes monitoring criteria, an image may be taken by the camera and provided from the mobile device to a financial institution. The image capture may be performed automatically as soon as the image of the check is determined to pass the monitoring criteria. The check may be deposited in a user's bank account based on the image. Any technique for sending the image to the financial institution may be used. Feedback may be provided to the user of the camera regarding the image of the check in the field of view.

Abstract: A call processing system and method for processing calls from high volume callers. A frequency of call activity is monitored for callers to determine reception of a call from a high frequency caller. When a call is received from such a caller, provided is information predicted to be requested from the caller prior to the caller being voice connected to a company representative. The retrieved information is then provided to a company representative prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative as to expedite the call. Additionally, a customized message for the high frequency caller may be generated prior to the caller being voice connected with a company representative whereby the customized message contains information predicted to be responsive to a predicted inquiry from the determined high frequency caller to mitigate the need to connect the caller to a company representative.

Abstract: Data analysis, filter, and presentation techniques are described for an example call management system. An example method for a data management system includes receiving, from a user device, an account identifier of a first person, receiving, from the user device, a first message related to a topic of conversation to be discussed during a telephone call with the first person, determining, based on the account identifier and within a pre-determined time period, a presence of a set of data that describes conversation(s) from prior telephone call(s)/chat(s) with the first person, and sending, to a computer, at least some data from the set of data and a second message that indicates that the telephone call is mapped to a second person, where the computer is configured to display on a screen the second message and a presentation option that presents the at least some data via the computer.

Abstract: Techniques are described for generating metric(s) that predict survey score(s) for a service session. Model(s) may be trained, through supervised or unsupervised machine learning, using training data such as communications from previous service sessions between service representative(s) and individual(s), and survey scores provided by the serviced individual to rate the session on one or more criteria (e.g., survey questions). The model(s) may be trained to output, based on an input session record, metric(s) that each correspond to a survey score that would have been provided by the individual had they completed the survey. The model may be a concatenated model that combines a language model output from a language classifier recurrent neural network, and an acoustic model output from an acoustic feature layer convolutional neural network. Individuals can be clustered according to the metric(s) and/or other factors, and the cluster(s) can be employed for routing incoming service requests.

The processor further outputs, via the output interface, an adjustment to an insurance premium of the driver, an adjustment to an insurance deductible of the driver, or a payment amount of the driver, based at least in part on the risk factor.

Abstract: A system includes a server having a database stored thereon, an operator device, and a coordinating device communicatively coupled with the server and with the operator device, wherein the coordinating device comprises a processor and a memory, and wherein the memory is configured to store instructions thereon that, when executed by the processor, cause the coordinating device to perform various steps. The steps include receiving account data, from the server, corresponding with an account of a plurality of accounts saved to the database, receiving preference data, from the operator device, corresponding with preferences of an operator of the operator device and relating to the account data. The steps also include generating an avatar reflecting the account data in accordance with the preference data, and displaying the avatar on a display.
