    摘要: A surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) analytical device includes a substrate having a porous structure, and a plurality of plasmonic nanoparticles embedding in the porous structure and forming a sensing region. A method of detecting a target analyte in a sample includes contacting the sample with the substrate, whereby the target analyte, if present in the sample, is concentrated in the sensing matrix. The substrate may then be analyzed using SERS detection equipment.

    摘要: An interface is provided between a transducer and audio processing circuitry. The interface has a switching device coupled to the transducer. The interface also has a first signal path that is selectively coupled to transducer via the switching device and includes a first output, the first signal path being configured to selectively receive input signals from the transducer, and form a first output signal at the first output by amplifying the input signals to provide a first gain. The first output is coupled to the audio processing circuitry. A second signal path is provided that is selectively coupled to the transducer via the switching device and includes a second output. The second gain is selected to be substantially larger than the first gain. The switching device is configured to switch the input signal between the first signal path and the second signal path.

    摘要: In a method for generating engineering tolerances of a manufactured object using a computing device, the computing device sets engineering tolerances to a determined number of decimal places and stores the engineering tolerances into a storage system. The computing device receives a measured dimension of the manufactured object and a nominal dimension corresponding to the measured dimension. A number of decimal places of the nominal dimension is determined, and a pair of engineering tolerances of the manufactured object is retrieved from the storage system. The measured dimension, the nominal dimension, and the retrieved pair of engineering tolerances are displayed on a display device.

The optical glass includes 6%-17% of B2O3, 2-10% of SiO2, more than 25% but less than 45% of La2O3, 5-25% of Gd2O3, 0-3% of Nb2O5, more than 19% but less than 27% of Ta2O5, 0-16% of ZnO, 0-5% of BaO, 0-5% of CaO, 0-5% of SrO, 0-9% of ZrO2, 0-8% of Y2O3, 0-8% of Yb2O3, 0-5% of WO3, 0-2% of Li2O, Na2O and K2O, equal to 0.01% but less than 0.1% of Sb2O3 and 0-1% of SnO2 optical glass. The amplification is compartmentized into microdroplets by porous-walled hollow glass microspheres and subjected to PCR thermal cycling or isothermal amplification. The rigid wall of the glass microspheres allows very simple and conventional manipulation of the amplification products for downstream application such as sequencing or detection of copy number of specific sequences in a complex sample.
