    摘要： A burner for a furnace includes an inner wall defining a central burner chamber. The inner wall includes a plurality of inner wall openings to admit a fuel flow into the central burner chamber. The burner further includes an outer wall which, defines an annulus for the fuel flow to the plurality of inner wall openings. An igniter is located in the central chamber. A furnace includes a heat exchanger and one or more burners disposed at and aligned with one or more burner openings of the heat exchanger. The one or more burners include an inner wall defining a central burner chamber. The inner wall includes a plurality of inner wall openings to admit a fuel flow into the central burner chamber. The one or more burners further include an outer wall defining an annulus for the fuel flow to the plurality of inner wall openings.

    摘要： A system and method that allows an appraiser, real estate broker or other professional, based on preliminary information about a requested appraisal, to use any of a plurality of automated valuation products to effectively calculate an appraisal value. In one embodiment, a lender places an order electronically with or through an appraisal management vendor or other entity, which transmits the order in the form of an assignment to an appraiser appropriately licensed and trained for that assignment. The appraiser will preferably, through e-mail, web site or other means, receive the order and will have the ability to access one or a variety of automated models, such as AVM models. Based on the appraiser's own knowledge and the automated results, the appraiser may arrive at a valuation that combines the relatively low cost and rapid turnaround time of an AVM with the expertise and accuracy of a skilled appraiser.

    摘要： Aviation fuel, such as jet fuel, blends and methods for improving cold flow properties of such fuels at extremely low temperatures are disclosed. Cold flow properties of, for example, JP-8+100 jet fuel, are improved by addition to the fuel of a polymer formed from polymerization of an α-olefin monomer or monomers. Demonstratable cold flow improvement of such fuels at temperatures of about −53° C. and lower is shown.
