摘要: The present invention provides a transportation method and a transportation device of a liquid crystal panel. The method includes (1) providing a transportation device, wherein the transportation device comprises a device body, linear rails mounted to the device body, a plurality of forks mounted in sequence to the linear rails, and servo motors mounted to the device body, the servo motors being coupled to the plurality of forks to drive the plurality of forks to slide along the linear rails; (2) adjusting spacing distance between the plurality of forks according to the size of a liquid crystal panel to be transported; (3) operating the transportation device to move the forks to a location under the liquid crystal panel to be transported in order to have the liquid crystal panel positioned on the plurality of forks; and (4) operating the transportation device to transport the liquid crystal panel to a designated site.

摘要: The present invention provides a glass substrate inspection device and an inspection method that are applicable to inspect if breaking exists in a glass substrate deposited in a cartridge. The inspection device includes at least one detector assembly and at least one processing unit. The detector assembly includes a light-transmitting element located at one side of the glass substrate and two light-receiving elements respectively located at two sides of the glass substrate. The processing unit determines if difference of brightness detected by the two light-receiving elements is within a predetermined range, whereby breaking is determined existing in the glass substrate when the difference of brightness is not within the predetermined range. With this arrangement, the present invention can reduce or prevent a broken glass substrate from entering a display panel manufacture line.

摘要: The present invention discloses a suspended ceiling filtration apparatus, which includes filtration units. The filtration unit includes a filtration part, two horizontal strip support legs and two longitudinal strip support legs. A support plate protrudes from the support legs. The filtration part is placed on the support plate, and a buffer filling part is disposed between the filtration part and the support plate. The buffer filling part is utilized to self-adaptively swell and shrink relative to the support plate according to a weight of the supported filtration part, the buffer filling part fills a gap between the support plate and the filtration part.

摘要: A pick-and-place apparatus for handling glass substrate is disclosed and which comprises a chassis and a transportation platform which includes a transferring device disposed on the chassis and includes a first frame and a plurality of transferring rods rotationally disposed across the first frame along a first reference direction. A vertical displacing mechanism is provided for moving the transportation platform to move vertically to a pre-determined height. And a horizontal displacing device is provided for moving the transportation platform to more along the first reference direction such that the transferring device can be moved in and out of the cartridge, wherein the first transferring rods rotationally move the glass substrate into the cartridge or out of the cartridge.

摘要: A method and system for monitoring the temperature and humidity of warehouses are disclosed. The method includes: installing a detecting module in a cartridge, transporting the cartridge to a plurality of storages of the warehouse by a transmission assembly so as to measure the temperature and humidity of each of the storages by the detecting module, transmitting the measured results to a control unit by a wireless network, and dynamically monitoring the temperature and humidity of the warehouses according to the measured results by the control unit. The method and the system not only control and adjust the temperature and humidity of each of the storages of the warehouses in time, but also reduce detection cost.

摘要: A static elimination device is proposed for eliminating static electricity on the surface of a large-size glass substrate. The static elimination device includes a rotation axis and an electrostatic neutralizer. The rotation axis is installed outside a cassette in which the glass substrate is installed. The electrostatic neutralizer is permanently connected to the rotation axis. The rotation axis is driven to rotate, causing the electrostatic neutralizer centered on the rotation axis to rotate back and forth at a specific angle. The static elimination device of the present invention features simple structure, low fuel consumption and high efficiency, low cost, and high efficiency in static elimination. Owing to these features, the static elimination device of the present invention could work very well for the glass substrate of an arbitrary size. A cassette including the static elimination device is also proposed.

摘要: The present invention provides a safety pin which includes a cylinder having a first and second interfaces. A piston is moveably disposed within the cylinder to divide the cylinder into the first and second chambers. A safety pin is securely attached to the piston. A compressed air supplying device supplies the compressed air to the first and second chambers selectively. The safety made accordance with the present invention is securely attached to the piston which divides the cylinder into the first and second chambers. 摘要: A system for monitoring cleanliness of a material handling system is disclosed. The system includes a measuring device, a first signal device, a second signal device, and a measuring host. The measuring device installed in the cartridges conduct the cleanliness measurements and obtains the measured result. The first signal device installed in the cartridges transforms the measured results to wireless signals. The second signal device installed in a predetermined location outside of the cartridges receives the wireless signal. The measuring host transforms the received wireless signals back to the measured results. The cartridges of the material handling system are also disclosed. The disclosed cleanliness monitoring system and the cartridge can reduce the cost.

摘要: The present invention discloses a glass substrate cassette and pick-and-place system for glass substrates. The glass substrate cassette comprises: a cassette case, comprising a pair of side walls disposed in parallel and vertically; and a plurality of support racks, disposed inside the cassette case for supporting glass substrates, each support rack comprising a pair of connecting elements supporting respectively the pair of side walls and a plurality of support elements lined up in parallel along a first horizontal direction and connected to the pair of connecting elements, connecting element able to move along the first horizontal direction with respect to the side walls and at least partially beyond the cassette case. The support rack of the present invention can move beyond cassette to realize random pick-and-place of glass substrate at any layer.
