摘要: In a kind of modular integrated water purifying device, including reaction tank, sedimentation tank and filter pool, a pump is connected to the top side of the reaction tank through pipes and valves. There are variable grid hole mixing paddles in the reaction tank, forced outlet pipe at the bottom of sedimentation tank and the same-flow ramp board in the middle. The sedimentation water collector is set up below the board, with the purified water outlet tube connected. The traveling sludge sucker sits on the top of filter tank and move back and forth. Blanket-shape filters is vertically fixed in the filteration tank, the mud-suction pump below to the raveling mud-suction machine connects to the mud-suction pipe another side to the blanket-like wedge filters. At the bottom of the filteration tanker lie the water-collecting main pipe and clean water outlet, the effluent weir is fixed inside of the filteration tank.

摘要: A wastewater disposal method using a two-way oxygen supply horizontal-flow biofilm includes a carrier that is formed of a permeable material so that oxygen is supplied to the biofilm from the bottom layer of the biofilm adjacent to the surface of the carrier, so as to achieve a mode of simultaneously supplying oxygen from the surface layer and the bottom layer of the biofilm. Wastewater disposal equipment using a two-way oxygen supply horizontal-flow biofilm includes a water intake system, a reaction system and a water discharge system.

摘要: The invention relates to one kind of wastewater treatment bioreactor. An aeration zone and a settle zone are provided in the reactor, the aeration device is located above the aeration zone, and a barrier and a gap are arranged between the aeration zone and the settle zone. It has many advantages: high oxidation rate in mixed liquid, high oxygen utilization rate of 40-50%, large volume load, short hydraulic retention time, run as activated sludge system, simple structure, low building cost, better solid-liquid separation effect, little surplus sludge produced, compact microorganism grains in mixed wastewater, and great settle capability. By comparison with other devices and technologies for wastewater treatment, the surplus sludge produced in degradation of 1 kg BOD declines by about 40 percent if the invention is used, which greatly reduces the amount of sludge for treatment.
