    摘要: To provide a method for forming a boron-containing thin film, by which a uniform boron thin film with good adhesion can be formed on the surface of a processing object, and also to provide a multilayer structure. An electrolysis apparatus includes an anode 1, a processing object 2 serving as a cathode, an electrolytic vessel 4, and a molten salt electrolytic bath 5. A variable power supply 6 is connected between the anode 1 and the processing object 2. The variable power supply 6 is configured to be capable of changing a voltage or current waveform during the electrolysis process. Current of an appropriate pulse waveform is applied in the molten salt for electrolysis to form a uniform boron thin film 3 within the processing object 2 having a complicated shape.

    摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a process for producing an organic solid electrolyte capacitor which is diminished in leakage current, and an apparatus for use in practicing the process. The process includes the steps of completing a capacitor element by forming a dielectric oxide film over an anode body of valve metal and subsequently forming a cathode layer of solid conductive organic material over the oxide film, subjecting the capacitor element to an aging treatment, and forming a shell around the capacitor element. The apparatus, which is an aging apparatus for such capacitor elements, comprises a box for accommodating a plurality of capacitor elements, a conductive buffer layer provided inside the box, a conductive holding member disposed on the box for attaching thereto the outer end of anode lead of each of the capacitor elements, with a silver paste layer of the element in contact with the buffer layer, a current limiter connected to the buffer layer for restricting the current to be passed through the capacitor element to not greater than a predetermined value, and a power source having positive and negative electrodes connected to the holding member and the current limiter, respectively.

    摘要: The present invention provides an improved gate valve system for cutting off a fluid flowing through a pipe. The gate valve system includes a gate valve and at least one member. The gate valve includes a seal member exhibiting an elastically deformable property for sealingly contacting the inner surface of the pipe, and a support member for receiving said seal member and movable in the perpendicular direction to the flowing direction of the fluid between the outside and inside of the pipe for timely bringing said seal member into a sealing contact with the inner surface of the pipe. The at least one expansion member is deformable, but is not substantially subjected to the volume variation even under pressure. The at least one expansion member is embedded in the seal member in such a manner as to expand the seal member laterally outwardly to the inner surface of the pipe upon receiving pressure effected by the sealing contact between the seal member and the inner surface of the pipe.

    摘要: A shift lock system for an automatic transmission is arranged to make it unfeasible to cancel the shift lock without a tool. The shift lock system includes a cancel lever for moving a shift lock member such as a rotary bush from a lock position for locking a shift lever in the park position to an unlock position against the force of a return spring, a cancel rod for operating the cancel lever, and a plug member which is normally fastened with the cancel rod to a support member by a screw fastener so that the cancel rod is immovable. The plug member can be loosened by a tool such as a screw driver. When loosened, the plug member allows a canceling operation by allowing the cancel rod to be moved.

The device includes a variable duty pulse generator which produces a fundamental frequency pulse signal repeatedly, the duty ratio of which is gradually decreased per predetermined period. The fundamental frequency pulse signal thus produced is applied to the buzzer to operate the buzzer, whereby buzzer damping sounds different in period and frequency can be produced readily.
