    摘要: The present invention relates to a peeling device which peels off a reinforcing sheet stuck on a substrate, including: a supporting unit which supports one main surface of a laminate having the substrate and the reinforcing sheet; a plate-shaped flexible member to be attached to the other main surface of the laminate; a plurality of pads fixed to a surface of the flexible member lying opposite to the laminate side; a plurality of rods each of which is coupled to any one of the plurality of pads; a plurality of driving devices by which the plurality of rods are made to move, respectively, in their individual axial directions; and a control device by which a position of each of the plurality of rods is controlled on an individual basis, in which each of the plurality of pads is coupled to any one of the plurality of the rods via any one of a plurality of joints so that each pad is allowed to be pivotable centering on a vicinity of an intersection point of a centerline of the rod coupled thereto with a surface of the reinforcing sheet facing the substrate side or a surface of the substrate facing the reinforcing sheet side, and in which the one main surface of the laminate is supported by the supporting unit, and at the same time, the position of each of the plurality of rods is controlled by the control device so that the other main surface of the laminate is subjected to bending deformation in sequence from one-end side thereof.

    摘要: This invention provides a process for producing a printed circuit board characterized by the steps of drilling holes in a copper clad laminate, treating the entire surface of the laminate including the hole-defining inner surfaces with a catalyst, removing the catalyst from the surface of the copper foil of the laminate by mechanically cleaning the surface of the copper foil, depositing electroless nickel only on the hole-defining inner surfaces, forming a pattern with an etching resist, etching away the copper foil except at the pattern area, removing the etching resist, masking with a solder resist the entire surface except at the hole-defining inner surfaces and the lands, and subjecting the hole-defining inner surfaces and the lands to electroless copper plating.

    摘要: Thermistor chips are produced by preparing ceramic green sheets, applying an inorganic material such as a glass paste on these green sheets in areas including lines along which they are to be later cut, stacking a plurality of these green sheets one on top of another to obtain a stacked body, obtaining chips by cutting this stacked body along those pre-specified lines and subjecting these chips to a firing process to obtain sintered bodies, and forming outer electrodes on mutually opposite end surfaces of these sintered bodies. A thermistor chip thus produced has a thermistor element having outer electrodes on its mutually opposite end surfaces, and diffused layers of an inorganic material having a higher specific resistance than material of the thermistor element. These diffused layers are formed proximally to externally exposed surfaces of the thermistor element.

    摘要: An apparatus for measuring a diamond color comprises a light source composed of a lamp and an integrating sphere for diffusing light therein emitted from the lamp; a diamond holder including diamond supporting head means and suction base means, thereby positioning the table facet of the diamond in the integrating sphere for allowing the diffused light from the light source to fall on the table facet of the diamond; a monochromator for separating a beam of light as it emerges from the diamond through the table facet side into a spectrum; a photodetector for detecting the light from the monochromator; variable slit means disposed in at least one of the monochromator and the photodetector for adjusting the size of the beam of light to a diameter of the diamond; a measurement unit for controlling at least the monochromator to obtain a spectrum of the light which has passed through the diamond; and an arithmetic unit for deriving tristimulus values X, Y and Z from the spectrum of the light from the diamond; which is able to measure the colors of brilliant-cut diamonds easily and objectively.
