摘要： A device and method for generating RGB arrangement data from an imaging signal by a photograph imaging device having an RGBW arrangement are provided. An edge detection unit analyzes an output signal in the RGBW arrangement from the imaging device, and thus obtains edge information corresponding to each pixel, and a texture detection unit generates texture information. Furthermore, a parameter calculation unit performs an interpolation process of converting an application pixel position according to the edge direction corresponding to a conversion pixel. A blend process unit inputs a parameter which the parameter calculation unit generates, edge information and texture information, and determines a conversion pixel value by performing a blend process by changing a blend ratio of the parameter which the parameter calculation unit calculates, according to the edge information corresponding to the conversion pixel and the texture information.

The first and second semi-cylindrical bearings have equal outer diameter, and the first has circumferential ends having a thickness smaller than that of the opposite circumferential ends of the second semi-cylindrical bearing.

摘要： To provide an apparatus that generates an RGB pattern data from an image pickup signal by an image pickup element having an RGBW pattern and a method. An edge detection unit analyzes an output signal of the image pickup signal of the RGBW pattern to obtain edge information corresponding to the respective pixels, and a texture detection unit generates texture information. Furthermore, a parameter calculation unit executes an interpolation processing in which an applied pixel position is changed in accordance with an edge direction of a transform target pixel to generate parameters equivalent to an interpolation pixel value. In a blend processing unit, the parameters generated by the parameter calculation unit, the edge information, and the texture information are input, in accordance with the edge information and the texture information corresponding to the transform pixel, a blend ratio of the parameters calculated by the parameter calculation unit is changed, the blend processing is executed, and a transform pixel value is decided.

The core includes a winding core portion and a pair of flanges at both ends of the winding core portion. The upper surface of the winding core portion and the upper surfaces of the flanges are covered with a metal film. The external electrodes are provided on lower portions of the flanges. A pair of wires are wound on the winding core portion of the core, and the ends of the wires are connected to the external electrodes. The top plate is bonded to the upper surfaces of the flanges preferably via an adhesive.

摘要： The present invention relates to primary cultured adipocytes for gene therapy, where the adipocytes stably maintain a foreign gene encoding a protein that is secreted outside of cells. This invention provides cells suitable for gene therapy, which can replace bone marrow cells and liver cells used for conventional ex vivo gene therapy. The present invention established methods for transferring foreign genes into primary cultured adipocytes, which are suitable for ex vivo gene therapy; can be easily collected and implanted; and can be removed after implantation. Specifically, the present invention established these methods that use retroviral vectors. The present invention also established primary cultured adipocytes for gene therapy, where the adipocytes stably maintain a foreign gene encoding a protein that is secreted outside of cells.
