摘要： A rotating electrical machine includes: a stator core; a stator winding; and a rotor. Cross conductors connect slot conductors to run astride slots with the slot pitch N+1 at coil ends on one side and run astride slots with the slot pitch N−1 at coil ends on another side, with N representing a number of slots per pole; the stator winding includes slot conductor groups each having a plurality of slot conductors; the plurality of slot conductors in each slot conductor group are inserted at a predetermined number Ns of successive slots so that the slot conductors in the slot conductor group take successive slot positions and successive layer positions; and the number Ns is set so that Ns=NSPP+NL when NSPP represents a number of slots per phase per pole and a number of layers is expressed as 2×NL.

摘要： A rotating electric machine includes a stator having a stator coil and a rotor provided rotatably around a specific rotation axis with respect to the stator. The rotor includes a plurality of magnets, a plurality of magnetically-assisted salient pole members provided between poles of any adjacent two magnets from among the plurality of magnets, and a magnetoresistance variation unit provided in the magnetically-assisted salient pole member along an axial direction of the rotation axis at a position offset in a circumferential direction of the rotation axis from a q-axis passing through a salient pole center of the magnetically-assisted salient pole member. The amount of offset of the magnetoresistance variation unit from the q-axis varies depending on positions of the magnetically-assisted salient pole members so that torque fluctuations cancel each other when power is applied.

摘要： An electric rotating machine includes a stator, a rotor inserted in a bore of the stator such that an air gap is formed between the stator and the rotor, and a plurality of permanent magnets embedded in a peripheral portion of the rotor core of the rotor in a circumferential arrangement. Slits are formed in portions of the rotor core each extending between the adjacent magnetic poles. Compressive stress is induced in portions of the rotor core each extending between the slit and the permanent magnet when stress is induced in the portion of the stator core extending between the slit and the permanent magnet by centrifugal force produced when the rotor rotates and acting on the permanent magnet and a pole piece covering the permanent magnet.

A portion of the rotor core located toward the stator relative to the nonmagnetic portion function as a bridge portion connecting a magnetic pole peace with the auxiliary salient pole. A side of the nonmagnetic portion located toward the stator includes a first side at the bridge portion, extending along a virtual circular arc passing through the permanent magnet insertion hole closest to the stator, and a side of the nonmagnetic portion located toward the auxiliary salient pole includes a second side extending away from the stator, with the first side and the second side connected through a curved line.

摘要： Evaporation and condensation of carbon is effected by arc discharge between an anode formed of a carbon electrode and a cathode disposed facing the carbon electrode 2 in an inert gas atmosphere, and at the same time, the generated carbon nanotubes are dispersed into an inert gas and transported along with the inert gas through a transporting tube, and a jet of the inert gas containing the carbon nanotubes is emitted from a nozzle, thereby forming carbon nanotubes on a target substrate. This provides a carbon nanotube manufacturing method wherein carbon nanotubes are generated with a simple process, and the CNT patterning process is simplified by forming a carbon nanotube film on a substrate, thereby reducing costs.

摘要： A semiconductor processing device is provided which includes a nonvolatile memory unit, a voltage generating unit, and a first terminal. The voltage generating unit generates a first voltage generated from an operation voltage provided from outside of the semiconductor processing device and provides the first voltage to the nonvolatile memory unit for storing data therein. The first terminal provides the first voltage generated by the voltage generating unit to outside of the semiconductor processing device. This first voltage provided to outside of the semiconductor processing device via the first terminal permits checking a voltage level of the first voltage and correcting this voltage level.
