According to at least one of embodiments of the present invention, while a webpage is being displayed in a mobile terminal, a function frequently used by the mobile terminal is available by interconnecting to the webpage despite that the webpage is not closed. The present invention includes storing an object oriented program having a prescribed function, accessing an external server providing a webpage, driving a web browser for a webpage source by receiving the webpage source of the webpage from the external server, and displaying the webpage by rendering the webpage provided by the external server with a modified webpage having the prescribed function reflected thereon in a manner that the web browser configures a document object model tree using the web browser source and the object oriented program together.
Abstract:
A side home-position device for a vehicle body assembly system for various vehicle types is disclosed, which can be used to return a common use side jig that controls a side panel to a working position of a main buck process. The device includes a post frame that is disposed in a vertical direction corresponding to the working position, a moving member that is movably disposed at the post frame in a width direction of a vehicle body and substantially supports the common use side jig, a main control unit in connection with the moving member and which returns the common use side jig to an original position, a clamper disposed on the moving member which clamps a matching portion of the common use side jig for the moving member, and an operating portion disposed at the post frame and which moves the moving member in a width direction of the vehicle body.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a hemming device for a wheel housing of a vehicle where a hemming bed unit is attached to an installation frame at one side of the wheel housing, and where a worker can manually hem an inner panel and an outer panel by rotating a hemming roller unit for each process of which the lower portion is fixed to the upper center of the installation frame by a rotary clamper.
Abstract:
A unit pixel of a CMOS image sensor include a photodiode that transforms light to an electric charge, and accumulates the electric charge, and a plurality of transistors that generate an electric signal based on the accumulated electric charge. The photodiode has a slope shape based on incident angle of the light in a semiconductor substrate.
Abstract:
A display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a first sub-pixel that is charged with a data signal corresponding to an input gray-scale, in response to a gate signal, and a second sub-pixel that is charged with the data signal in response to the gate signal. A boost capacitor is disposed between the first and second sub-pixels. The boost capacitor increases the voltage of the signal charged in the first sub-pixel and decreases the voltage of the signal charged in the second sub-pixel. Each pixel further includes an initializing device to initialize a first electrode of the boost capacitor and a switching device to change an electric potential of the first electrode of the boost capacitor.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal display (“LCD”) has first, second, and third pixels adjacent to one another in a column direction. The LCD includes a first gate line connected to each of the second and third pixels in common, a capacitance electrode line connected to each of the first and second pixels in common, a first data line connected to the second pixel, and a second data line connected to the first and third pixels.
Abstract:
CMOS image sensors and related methods of fabricating CMOS image sensors are disclosed. Fabrication of a CMOS image sensor can include forming a first impurity region having a first conductivity type in a semiconductor substrate. A second impurity region having a second conductivity type is formed in the semiconductor substrate adjacent to the first impurity region. A third impurity region having the first conductivity type is formed in the semiconductor substrate and located below the second impurity region. A transfer gate is formed on the semiconductor substrate and at least partially overlaps the first, second, and third impurity regions. A photo sensitive device is formed in the semiconductor substrate and adjacent to one side of the transfer gate. A floating diffusion region is formed in the semiconductor substrate and located adjacent to an opposite side of the transfer gate from the photosensitive device.
