The mobile node includes an upper layer processing unit configured to perform a packet service; a physical interface unit configured to comprise multiple physical interfaces for access to multiple wireless networks; and a logical interface unit configured to allocate a single home IP address to the multiple physical interfaces and enable the upper layer processing unit to process a packet using the single home IP address, and to process packets belonging to the same session to be transmitted and received through the same physical interface from among the multiple physical interfaces.

The method includes receiving verification of QoS-related information and flow information of a mobile terminal in a home network from a network management system, constructing a flow list storing the verified flow information in the mobile terminal, and constructing a flow cache storing the verified flow information in an access router in the home network; transmitting the flow information by using a hop-by-hop extension header of a packet that is to be transmitted in order to allow a plurality of routers in a path between the mobile terminal and a correspondent terminal to sequentially construct a flow cache; if the mobile terminal moves to a target network, reconstructing the flow list of the mobile terminal and the flow cache in the access router in the target network, between the mobile terminal and an access router of the target network; adding the hop-by-hop extension header to a binding update message in order to allow a plurality of routers in a path between the mobile terminal which has moved to the target network and the access router in the home network to sequentially construct the flow cache; and adding the hop-by-hop extension header to a binding update message in order to allow a plurality of routers in a path for establishing direct communication between the mobile terminal and the correspondent terminal to sequentially construct the flow cache.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for forwarding a packet which is to provide a VPN service using an IPv4 address in an MPLS network. The method for forwarding the packet according to the present invention extracts routing information including a VRF identifier from a packet, when the packet is received at one or more CE routers in the MPLS network, searches for next hop information in a forwarding table by using the VRF identifier and a prefix, substitutes the searched next hop information by destination information of the received packet, and transmits the packet to an output port. According to the present invention, since the plurality of forwarding tables for providing the VPN are provided without extending a memory, the packet forwarding can be stably performed.

The route optimization method includes a) generating a binding update (BA) message at a home agent by using an address of a correspondent node and data information included in a home agent binding cache and transmitting the BA update message to the correspondent node when a mobile router performs a handover; b) extracting information from the binding update message and performing a binding operation by adding an entry to a correspondent node binding cache; c) transmitting a routing expanding header to a mobile router by using the binding information; d) processing the routing expanding header at the mobile router and transmitting the data packet to the mobile node; and e) directly transmitting a data packet to the mobile node through the mobile router. Therefore, network source is efficiently used and a communication performance is improved.
