    摘要: This method controls an automatic finishing machine using a robot with a tool through a model storage step, a data acquisition step, a calculation step, an error derivation step, a correction step and a machining step. In the model storage step, shape data of an unfinished work or data of a three-dimensional model is stored in a memory. In the data acquisition step, the tool is brought into contact with the unfinished work W, thereby obtaining measurement data. Then, in the calculation step, actual-position data on a comparative object point is calculated based on the measurement data. Subsequently, in the error derivation step, a data difference between the calculated actual-position data and position data on the comparative object point in the three-dimensional model is obtained. Thereafter, in the correction step, teaching data indicative of the position of the tool corresponding to the shape data of the three-dimensional model is corrected, based on the data difference. Finally, in the machining step, the finishing process is performed, while the robot (11) is controlled, based on the corrected teaching data.

    摘要: A disc player has a cartridge holder formed with an opening for loading a disc cartridge containing an optical disc through the opening. The disc cartridge has a slidingly opening shutter to expose an information recording surface of the optical disc contained in the cartridge, so as to permit information recording or reproducing. The disc player includes a disc cartridge loading system for transporting the disc cartridge in the same direction that the shutter moves on the disc cartridge. The disc player also includes a guide plate provided on the inner side of the opening within the disc player for guiding the disc cartridge when the disc cartridge is being transported into or out from the disc player through the opening. In particular, the guide plate has an inclined edge portion formed into a slope gradually inclined in an insertion and removal direction of the disc cartridge.

The loading mechanism includes a tray drawing pinion provided in the disk processing unit; a disk tray that includes a tray rack engaged with the tray drawing pinion; and a rack plate that includes a tray drawing rack engaged with the tray drawing pinion, and draws a tray in at a first half process of the loading and stops the tray at a second half process of the loading.

At the home position where the disc drive (200) operates and at the position where the disc drive (200) is lifted up, the plate spring (420) is strongly pressed into contact by the swelling parts (412a), and the disc drive (200) can be prevented from being moved by impact or the like from outside during operation. While moving, the pressing force is weakened so that load applied by the mover unit (300) can be reduced.

    摘要: In a shifting device which changes the gear ratio of a synchromesh-type transmission by using an electrically operated or controlled actuator, the actuator is controlled to stabilize or equalize the time durations required for effecting respective synchronizations. A driving signal for each of the synchronization controls is decided in accordance with a relationship between the driving signal to be applied to the actuator and a relative rotation number between an idle gear and a sleeve when the synchronization control is initiated. Ceramic members (26, 27) of a gas turbine with which a combustion gas comes into contact are supported on housings (14, 14A) by metallic support members (28, 29, 41). The ceramic members (26, 27) are connected to the support members (29, 41) by elastic members (32, 42) so as to be movable relative to the support members (29, 41). The difference in thermal expansion between the ceramic members (26, 27) and the metallic support members (28, 29, 41) is absorbed by the elastic members (32, 42) and hence the ceramic members (26, 27) are not damaged easily. Since the ceramic members (26, 27) are supported by the metallic support members (28, 29, 41), damage to one of the ceramic members does not influence easily on the other ceramic member.
