摘要： In an organic electroluminescence (EL) device including a display section having one or more light emitting units and a monitoring section positioned outside the display section and having one or more monitoring cells, each of the light emitting units and the monitoring cells has a cathode, an anode and at least one organic EL layer positioned between the cathode and the anode. In the organic EL device, either cathodes or anodes of the light emitting units and the monitoring cells is transparent and a current passing through an anode and a cathode of a monitoring cell is monitored to control the light emitting units.
