摘要: The invention aims at providing controllable parameters that are correlated with special color rendering index R9, and at providing a white-light emitting semiconductor device having a high R9 value obtained through optimization of such parameters. The white-light emitting semiconductor device is provided with a phosphor as a light-emitting material and with a light-emitting semiconductor element as an excitation source of the phosphor. The phosphor includes at least a green phosphor and a wide-band red phosphor. In the white light-emitting semiconductor device, an intensity at wavelength 640 nm of an emission spectrum which has been normalized with respect to luminous flux is 100-110% of the intensity at wavelength 640 nm of a spectrum of standard light for color rendering evaluation which has been normalized with respect to luminous flux.

Control for operating the light-emitting devices is as simple as possible. It is an illuminating device comprising a light-emitting part comprising a plurality of kinds of semiconductor light-emitting devices which differ in emission color are integrated and arranged, the semiconductor light-emitting devices comprising a semiconductor light-emitting element and a phosphor, and wherein the semiconductor light-emitting devices emit light outward on the basis of an emission from the semiconductor light-emitting element and an emission from the phosphor which is excited by said emission from the semiconductor light-emitting element to fluoresce or on the basis of an emission from the phosphor which is excited by an emission from the semiconductor light-emitting element to fluoresce, wherein the semiconductor light-emitting devices each have an emission color, the deviation duv of which from a blackbody radiation locus being within a range of −0.02≦duv≦0.02, in the uv chromaticity diagram according to UCS (u,v) color system (CIE 1960), and outputted lights from the light-emitting part in which the plurality of kinds of the semiconductor light-emitting devices are integrated and arranged, are mixed together and emitted outward.

摘要: An illuminating device has a solid light-emitting element module (10) and a phosphor module (20) joined to the solid light-emitting element module (10). The solid light-emitting element module (10) has a plurality of the solid light-emitting elements. The phosphor module (20) has a plurality of phosphor-containing parts (22) corresponding to the individual solid light-emitting elements (12). Thus, a light-emitting part is provided, which has more than one kind of luminescence sources having the solid light-emitting element (12) and the phosphor-containing part (22). An illumination intensity of a composite light is 150 lux or more at a distance of 30 cm perpendicularly from the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting part.

摘要: A white light-emitting semiconductor device having improved reproducibility of bright red. The device outputs light having a blue component, a green component, and a red component. Each of the light components (blue, green, and red) is based on a light-emitting semiconductor element and/or a phosphor that absorbs light emitted by a light-emitting semiconductor element and emits light through wavelength conversion. The outputted light has a spectrum which has a maximum wavelength in the range of 615-645 nm, and the intensity at a wavelength of 580 nm of the outputted light, which has been normalized with respect to luminous flux, is 80-100% of the intensity at a wavelength of 580 nm of standard light for color rendering evaluation, which has been normalized with respect to luminous flux.

摘要: A white light-emitting semiconductor device having improved reproducibility of bright red. The device outputs light having a blue component, a green component, and a red component. Each of the light components (blue, green, and red) consists of a light-emitting semiconductor element and/or a phosphor that absorbs light emitted by a light-emitting semiconductor element and emits light through wavelength conversion.
