    摘要: An automatic analyzer is provided that can promptly process a request for additional test items for a sample being analyzed or an error that has occurred in the sample. The automatic analyzer can output measurements of a sample analyzed, determine whether or not re-analyzing is necessary, and perform the re-analyzing. The automatic analyzer includes a buffer area for standby until analysis is completed and measurements are outputted. Each of analysis units includes a pair of buffer units that can randomly access the buffer area. The automatic analyzer further includes a position disposed near the buffer area, at which a sample can be unloaded and reloaded. A rack that stands by within the buffer area can be unloaded onto the unloading position by a command to unload issued by an operator. Subsequent reloading of the sample allows samples other than the sample in question to be analyzed continuously.

    摘要: The invention provides an automatic analyzer suitable for efficient reagent management. The analyzer allows continued use of existing reagent information storage media because reagent ID information that is no longer needed is overwritten so that it is unrecognizable to any analyzer. The invention relates to a method for automatically analyzing particular properties of an analyte by putting the analyte and a reagent into a vessel and measuring the reacted analyte-reagent mixture. The analyzer of the invention comprises: an information reader/writer for reading or writing regent information to/from storage media attached to reagent vessels; means for managing reagent information read from the storage media; means for processing reagents based on the managed information; and means for overwriting reagent information that has been judged unnecessary based on the managed information so that the unnecessary information is unrecognizable to any analyzer.

    摘要: An analysis device allowing any person to utilize job guidance for setting and assignment operations with high efficiency regardless of a level of skill in an automatic analysis device which has a complicated screen configuration with an increase of functions. A storage unit stores a job guidance file and a correspondence list file indicating correspondences between procedure IDs, codes, buttons, etc. in the job guidance file and screen IDs for device control program software. When an operator selects the procedure ID or the like in a displayed job guidance window, control is performed such that the screen ID corresponding to the selected procedure ID or the like is searched for in the correspondence list file, and the displayed screen is shifted to one corresponding to the searched screen ID for the device control program software.

    摘要: When a problematic reagent is identified upon operation of an automatic analyzer, it is required to have a plurality of screens displayed, and it is difficult for operators who do not have experience so much to identify a problematic position. With the present invention, control information for reagents and a calibrator required for analysis with an automatic analyzer are displayed concurrently, so that all necessary information can be referred to one screen. In the automatic analyzer according to the present invention, screen switching as required in the conventional technology is not necessary, and improved operability and visibility are provided.

    摘要: An operation guidance method of clinical system which enables a doctor or nurse unskilled in testing to operate the clinical system without operation error by providing operation guidance. In the system, an initial screen shows numerals 1 to 5 indicating the order of procedure of sample test and character information indicating the contents of works (1 confirmation of sample, 2 confirmation of request, 3 feeding samples, 4 confirmation of result and 5 finish) as contents displayed in an operation menu. When an operator selects a “start” button, display images showing as guidance on the respective works are sequentially displayed. Further, a display image as guidance on arbitrary one of the works may be displayed by selection of one of the works in the operation menu.

    摘要: An automatic analyzer includes a storage unit for storing operation information information about usage histories of expendable supplies provided for the analysis, and an analysis-ID control unit giving an ID to the analysis, the analysis ID being used as information for identifying the analysis to derive a calibration curve. Data stored in the storage unit is organized along the same time axis both in the order of samples subjected to the analysis and inspection, and in the order of analysis items, so that the data is output in a total data display area. The data is organized from the viewpoint of an analysis process of an analysis item of each sample. By use of information used to identify an influence range based on a kind of an abnormal state, which is stored beforehand, a judgment is made as to whether or not it is necessary to perform reinspection.

    摘要: A method for an automatic analyzer to reduce a user's workload required when a reagent is placed therein, and thereby facilitating change of the operation mode of the automatic analyzer. The automatic analyzer including a first reagent storing unit that is capable of storing a plurality of reagent cassettes and a second reagent storing unit that is capable of storing a plurality of reagent cassettes. When the first reagent storing unit does not have empty space for a required reagent, and all reagents required for analysis operation for a selected operation set cannot be completely transferred to the first reagent storing unit, keeping the required reagent waiting in the second reagent storing unit. Further, when the first reagent storing unit is provided with empty space, the required reagent is transferred to the first reagent storing unit.
