    摘要: An optical fiber cable 1 includes: a cable core 9 formed by stranding a plurality of loose tubes 7, each housing at least one optical fiber 5, on the periphery of a centered tension member 3; and a sheath 11 disposed on the outer periphery of the cable core 9. The sheath 11 includes: a first sheath portion 13 in which the sheath is embedded in between each of the loose tubes 7; and a second sheath portion 15, in which the sheath 11 is circumscribed around the cable core 9, to be thereby formed in a pipe shape. The first sheath portion 13 and the second sheath portion 15 are alternately positioned over the entire length of the cable core 9.

    摘要: An acrylic-fiber finish for use in carbon-fiber production contributes to high tenacity of resultant carbon fiber. The acrylic-fiber finish for carbon-fiber production includes an epoxy-polyether-modified silicone and a surfactant. The weight ratios of the epoxy-polyether-modified silicone and the surfactant in the total of the non-volatile components of the finish respectively range from 1 to 95 wt % and from 5 to 50 wt %. The carbon fiber production method includes a fiber production process for producing an acrylic fiber for carbon-fiber production by applying the finish to an acrylic fiber which is a basic material for the acrylic fiber for carbon-fiber production; an oxidative stabilization process for converting the acrylic fiber produced in the fiber production process into oxidized fiber in an oxidative atmosphere at 200 to 300 deg.C.; and a carbonization process for carbonizing the oxidized fiber in an inert atmosphere at 300 to 2,000 deg.C.

    摘要: An optical cable formed by optical fibers, a forming pipe, a sheath, a pair of tension members, and a pair of rip cords. The forming pipe includes a plurality of tapes arranged to permit the forming pipe to be divided in the longitudinal direction and the rip cords are located near the seams of the forming pipe. A distance from the surface of the tension members to the inner surface of the sheath and to the outer surface of the sheath are both 0.3 mm or more. A distance from the center of the rip cords to the inner surface of the sheath is from 0.2-fold or greater to 1.2-fold or less than the radius of the tip cords. Furthermore, the distance from the surface of the rip cords to the seams of the forming pipes is 0.5 mm or less.

    摘要: In a brushless motor, the number of coreless armature coils is set to 3n when the number of magnetic poles of a magnet for a magnetic field is set to 2n where n is a positive integer. An opening angle of each of the armature coils is set to 360/3n degrees. A notch portion is formed in an outer circumferential portion of the magnet for a magnetic field. A recessed portion is formed by this notch portion and an inner circumferential portion of a yoke. The recessed portion constitutes a groove for correcting a balance of each of the magnet for a magnetic field and a rotating body when this magnet and the rotating body are rotated. A motor housing and a harness are electrically connected to a printed board. The housing is connected to the ground through this harness and a harness for power. In this brushless motor, a magnetizing frequency is reduced and driving efficiency of a control circuit can improved when the brushless motor is rotated at a high speed. Further, it is possible to prevent an iron or copper loss from being caused so that an increase in temperature of the brushless motor can be restrained.

    摘要: A face opposing type motor has a rotor yoke fixed to a hollow rotating shaft disposed in a non-contact bearing device; the non-contact bearing device having a fixed shaft inserted into the hollow rotating shaft; a rotor magnet held by the rotor yoke; and a driving coil substrate having a face opposed to the rotor magnet. The rotor yoke has a rotor magnet fitting portion fitted to an outer circumferential face of the rotor magnet so as to hold the rotor magnet by this rotor magnet fitting portion. In accordance with such a structure, it is possible to provide a reliable face opposing type motor having an excellent quality and cheaply manufactured by improving a system for holding a rotor magnet.
