    摘要: An inkjet printing ink having properties of crosslinking and being fixed on a fiber by heating, characterized in that in an ink composition consisting of (A) a pigment dispersion having a mean particle diameter of 200 nm or less and a maximum particle diameter of 500 nm or less, consisting of a pigment, a water-soluble pigment dispersant and a hydrophilic solvent, (B) a water-soluble fixing agent, and (C) a crosslinking agent, the water-soluble pigment dispersant in (A) is a specific emulsion polymer neutralized by a basic substance; the water-soluble fixing agent (B) is the one having a crosslinking functional group; and the crosslinking agent (C) is the one having a functional group that crosslinks the crosslinking functional group of the water-soluble pigment dispersant in (A) with the crosslinking functional group of the water-soluble fixing agent (B) at a temperature of 100° C. or more.

    摘要: Disclosed are heating-type multicolor printing methods (i), (ii), and (iii). The heating-type multicolor printing method (i) uses a rotary multicolor screen printer and is characterized in that (1) an aqueous printing binder containing a thickening inhibiting component is used and (2) continuous printing is performed while keeping the temperature of the table (pallet) of the printer at 60 to 100° C. The heating-type multicolor printing method (ii) is characterized in that, in the method (i), the aqueous printing binder contains 10 to 60% of a hydrophilic solvent having a boiling point above the boiling point of water as a thickening inhibiting component. The heating-type multicolor printing method (iii) is characterized in that, in the method (i) or (ii), the aqueous printing binder further contains 2 to 10% of urea as the thickening inhibiting component.

    摘要: A transfer printing sheet comprising a base sheet, a releasing resin layer coating the surface of the base sheet entirely or partially, a layer of a pattern printed on the release resin layer and comprising an elastic high-polymer resin and a pigment in admixture, and a layer containing an agent for dissolving synthetic fibers and covering the entire surface of the pattern layer. When the sheet is subjected to heat and pressure, the pattern of the pattern layer can be transferred onto a fabric of synthetic fiber in contact with the layer containing the dissolving agent to give a distinct print having a soft hand and outstanding color fastness against rubbing, washing and light.
