摘要: There is provided an image forming apparatus including plural photosensitive members on which developer images are formed by supplying developer to electrostatic latent images, respectively, an exposure device which illuminates light beams onto surfaces of the photosensitive members to form the electrostatic latent images, respectively. The developer images on the respective photosensitive numbers are transferred to a transferred medium which is moved in a moving direction while contacting the respective photosensitive members. The exposure device is configured such that a beam diameter of light beam exposing a most-upstream photosensitive member in the moving direction on a surface of the most-upstream photosensitive member is larger than a beam diameter of light beam exposing a most-downstream photosensitive member in the moving direction on a surface of the most-downstream photosensitive member.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a photoconductive body on which an electrostatic latent image is formed; an exposure member which has a plurality of blinking sections and which exposes the photoconductive body; a support frame which is made of resin and which supports the exposure member; a roller shaft which is made of metal and provided on the support frame; a roller which is made of resin, which is rotatably provided on the roller shaft and which maintains a spacing distance between the exposure member and the photoconductive body; and a metal plate which supports and is electrically connected to the roller shaft and which is electrically grounded. With the image forming apparatus, it is possible to solve a problem caused when the roller shaft is electrically floated, and to suitably arrange parts or components around the roller shaft.

摘要: There is provided an exposure device including an exposure head having a light-emitting member which has a plurality of light-emitting sections arranged in a row and a casing which holds the light-emitting member and which is elongated in a longitudinal direction orthogonal to an optical axis direction of a light emitted from the light-emitting sections; and an elongated frame member fixed to the casing and having a reference portion at which the frame member is positioned with respect to the light-emitting sections; wherein the frame member is fixed to the casing such that the frame member is positioned with respect to the light-emitting sections in both of the longitudinal direction and a width direction of the casing, the width direction being orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the optical axis direction. The exposure device is capable of performing exposure precisely at a desired exposure position.

摘要: In a semiconductor manufacturing method, a metal film is formed on a substrate and heat treated. The relationship between substrate warping and the heat treatment temperature during suicide formation is acquired (S1). A silicide film is formed by forming a metal film on a substrate and heat treating, including substrate measurement during heat treatment (S2). The relationship between substrate warping at heat treatment temperature is determined from the relationship between the warping of the substrate and the temperature for heat treatment and the temperature for heat treatment carried out on the substrate when the warping of the substrate is measured. The difference between found warping and the measured warping is calculated (S4). Whether the difference exceeds a predetermined value is determined (S5). If the difference exceeds a predetermined value, heat treatment conditions are adjusted (S8), but they not adjusted if the difference is no greater than the predetermined value.

The image forming apparatus includes: plural photosensitive members; plural exposing units opposed to the photosensitive members, respectively, each of the exposing units including a plurality of light emitting elements arranged in a first direction; and a body frame which is provided at both sides of the exposing units in the first direction. Each of the exposing units includes: a gap maintaining member which abuts a respective one of the photosensitive members to define a distance between the exposing unit and the photosensitive member; a first-direction positioning portion which abuts the body frame in the first direction to position the exposing unit in the first direction; and a second-direction positioning portion which abuts the body frame in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and an exposing direction of the light emitting elements, to position the exposing unit in the second direction.
