摘要： A bi-directional packet data transmission system for a packet data transmission between a terminal and a radio access network includes an uplink resource and a downlink resource which are independently set. Memory resources can be effectively managed even in a packet data transmission service with the asymmetrical structure such that the packet amount for the downlink is much greater than the packet amount for the uplink, or the packet amount for the uplink is much greater than the packet amount for the downlink.

摘要： Provided is a method for a user equipment performing a handover in a wireless communication system. The method comprises a step of receiving from a source cell a handover command message, which indicates the handover to a target cell, and a step of performing the handover to the target cell, wherein the handover command message includes information on a low-interference wireless resource to be used by the user equipment inside the target cell. The low-interference wireless resource can be a wireless resource which is operated by the source cell in order to mitigate inter-cell interference, when the source cell is an interfering cell and the target cell is an interfered cell.

摘要： A method for performing mobility by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes: receiving a report configuration from a serving cell, the report configuration including detection basis information; detecting whether a cell is present based on the detection basis information; transmitting, by the UE, a detection report reporting the detected cell is present to the serving cell; receiving a measurement configuration used for measuring the detected cell from the serving cell; measuring the cell based on the measurement configuration; and performing mobility with the cell.

摘要： Provided an apparatus and a method for reporting a measurement result in a wireless communication system. A terminal receives report conditions and a measurement setting including a report for position information from a base station. When a measurement report is triggered, the terminal determines whether valid position information is available and the measured result is transmitted to the base station. When the valid position information is not available, the measured result includes serving cell information and adjacent cell information.

The method comprises: receiving a system information report request of a neighboring cell from a serving cell; and transmitting a system information report to the serving cell as a response to the system information report request. If the terminal has system information that is obtained in advance of the neighboring cell that is obtained before receiving the system information report request, the system information report comprises the system information that is obtained in advance and validity information on the system information that is obtained in advance.

A user equipment receives a measurement configuration for a serving cell and performs a measurement in accordance with the measurement configuration to acquire an actual measurement result.
