摘要： A light emitting module, a backlight unit (BLU) and a display apparatus are provided. The display apparatus includes a light emitting module including a light emitting unit including one or more light emitting elements which are electrically connected to each other; and a board on which the light emitting unit is disposed. The board includes a first terminal which is connected to a first end of the light emitting unit, and a ground portion which connects a second end of the light emitting unit to a ground. Therefore, it is possible to design a thinner BLU, thereby making a display device slimmer.

摘要： A power supply apparatus and display apparatus having the same are provided for outputting power, in which a standby mode selecting unit switches on and off a standby mode, a standby power supplying unit outputs standby power of a predetermined magnitude in the standby mode and temporarily outputs first auxiliary power when the standby mode is released by selecting of the standby mode selecting unit, a main power supplying unit outputs main power of a predetermined magnitude, and a backup power supplying unit continues to supply second auxiliary power, which is induced by the main power output from the main power supplying unit, to the main power supplying unit as driving power substituting the first auxiliary power. Thus, the output of standby power is increased when a standby mode is released, without increasing power consumption in the standby mode, using a standby power converter with small capacity.

摘要： Disclosed is an infinitely variable speed transmission, including: a speed changing mechanism for primarily changing power from an engine into a necessary speed ratio, including: a sun gear disposed on an input shaft for transmitting power generated from the engine; a plurality of planet rollers which are disposed around the sun gear at a predetermined distance from each other, each planet roller having a truncated cone-shape and being revolvable around the sun gear and rotatable about its axis; a carrier for connecting the planet rollers with each other; a movable ring disposed to be circumscribed on outer tangential line of the planet rollers and movable by moving member along a longitudinal direction of the planet rollers to change a rotational speed of the planet rollers by varying an operating diameter so that an output speed outputted through the carriers connecting the planet roller with each other can be varied; and a second speed changing mechanism for changing the output speed from the speed changing mechanism as a necessary final output speed, including: low and high speed control members which are selectively connected with the first speed changing mechanism.

The luminescence driving apparatus drives a plurality of light-emitting units and includes: a voltage sensor which senses internal voltages of the plurality of light-emitting units; a current sensor which senses internal currents of the plurality of light-emitting units; a sensing signal generator which receives the internal voltages of the plurality of light-emitting units from the voltage sensor to generate an overvoltage sensing signal; a controller which, if it is determined that an overvoltage state has occurred, according to a level of the overvoltage sensing signal, searches for at least one of the plurality of light-emitting units in which the overvoltage state has occurred, according to levels of the internal currents sensed by the current sensor; and a protector which performs an overvoltage protection (OVP) operation with respect to the searched light-emitting unit.
