    摘要: An adaptive filter to use in connection with prediction-based pixel block encoding and decoding is determined independently at the encoder and decoder side through a template-based procedure. A pixel block (12) has an identified reference pixel block (22) in a reference frame (20). A template (16) of multiple pixels (18) adjacent the pixel block (12) and a reference template (26) of multiple pixels (28) adjacent the reference pixel block (22) are used for determining the filter parameters of the adaptive filter. The determined adaptive filter is then applied to the reference pixel block (22) and is used for generating an encoded representation (40) of the pixel block (12) during encoding and or generating a decoded representation of the pixel block (12) during decoding.

    摘要: A color filter substrate including a substrate, a plurality of patterned color filter layers, and a plurality of sensing serials is provided. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The substrate includes a plurality of display regions arranged in array and a separated region located between the display regions. The patterned color filter layers are arranged in array on the first surface and corresponding to the display regions. The sensing serials are arranged on the second surface and insulated from each other. Each sensing serial includes a plurality of sensing pads; a plurality of bridging lines, each connected with two adjacent sensing pads; a plurality of patterned conductive layers stacked and electrically connected with the sensing pads. The position of the patterned conductive layers is corresponding to the separated region. A touch-sensing liquid crystal display and a touch-sensing substrate are also provided.

    摘要: A light-emitting device including a plurality of light-emitting units is provided. Each of the light-emitting units includes a first common electrode layer, a plurality of light-emitting layers, and a second common electrode layer. The first common electrode layer includes a bridge conductive line and a plurality of first electrode patterns electrically insulated from each other, in which the first electrode patterns cover a portion of the bridge conductive line and are electrically connected to each other through the bridge conductive line. Each of the light-emitting layers is disposed on one of the first electrode patterns. The second common electrode layer is disposed on the light-emitting layers, in which the first common electrode layer of each of the light-emitting units is electrically connected to the second common electrode layer of an adjacent light-emitting unit.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel and driving method thereof is provided. The OLED panel includes a plurality of data lines, scan lines, pixels, sampling voltage lines and compensation voltage lines. The sampling voltage line transmits a compensation voltage in response to compensation signals from the data lines, threshold voltages of driving transistors and organic light emitting diodes in the pixels connected to the same scan line. The corresponding compensation voltage line adjusts data signals transmitted into the pixels connected to the same scan line in response to the compensation voltage.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel is provided. The OLED display panel includes a substrate, a conductive layer, an active matrix pixel array and several thin film transistors (TFTs). The conductive layer having several openings is disposed above the substrate. The active matrix pixel array having several pixels is disposed above the conductive layer. Each pixel has a display region and a non-display region. The display regions correspond to the openings. The TFTs are correspondingly disposed inside the pixels and correspondingly positioned inside the non-display regions. Each TFT includes a channel layer, a source, a drain and a gate. The channel layer is disposed above the conductive layer. The source and the drain are disposed above channel layer and respectively contact with the two opposite sides of the channel layer. The gate is disposed above the channel layer and positioned between the source and the drain.
