摘要: A device for monitoring a conveyor belt in which a sensor can be fixed easily to the body without using any special fixing device and the properties of the conveyor belt can be detected with high precision. The device for monitoring the conveyor belt comprises a body to be detected embedded in a conveyor belt running endlessly, and a sensor provided oppositely thereto in the body. The sensor detects the variation in properties of the conveyor belt by detecting variation of the body to be detected due to the variation in properties of the conveyor belt. The sensor is secured to a shaft which supports a hollow roller for guiding the conveyor belt in the conveyance direction rotatably on the body in the roller thus making the sensor itself nonrotatable.

摘要: A conveyer belt abrasion detecting apparatus which can automatically detect a conveyer belt abrasion quantity easily and accurately during operation. A plurality of magnet sheets (M1-M5) magnetized in a thickness direction are arranged so that polarities on the surface are in the same direction and are embedded deeper stepwise in a longitudinal direction of a belt main body (2). A magnetic sensor (4) for detecting changes of the magnetic forces of the magnet sheets (M1-M5) is arranged at a position where the magnet sheets (M1-M5) pass through.

A rubber magnet (3) magnetized in the thickness direction is buried in the conveyor belt (2) diagonally relative to both the advancing and thickness directions of the conveyor belt. A magnetic sensor (4) detecting the change of a magnetic force due to the wear of the rubber magnet (3) resulting from the wear of the conveyor belt (2) is disposed at a position through which the rubber magnet (3) is passed.

摘要: A belt conveyor having a first belt core, a reinforcing band on a lower surface of the first belt core, a second belt core on a lower surface of the reinforcing band so that the reinforcing band is arranged between the first belt core and the second belt core, and a rubber casing that surrounds the belt cores with the reinforcing band therebetween. The reinforcing band includes a plurality of wefts made of a rigid cord. The wefts are spaced from one another and extend transversely to a length of the belt so as to be substantially straight. The reinforcing band further has a plurality of warps each respectively woven with the plurality of wefts so as to form a mechanical woven structure. Each of the warps is tied together with each of the wefts by at least one respective knot in the warps at each of the wefts.

摘要: A durable reinforcing band for conveyer belts wherein a reinforcing band (3) is formed by interweaving a number of hard cords (6) facing a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and longitudinally spaced at predetermined intervals with a number of longitudinally directed warp yarns (7) in such a manner as to prevent longitudinal shift, the reinforcing band (3) being disposed on the upper or lower surface of a core (2) composed of canvas or the like and being then surrounded by rubber (5), thereby forming a belt (1), and wherein the transverse stiffness and shape retainability of the belt can be enhanced by arranging the hard cords in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the belt, and moreover, the hard cords are prevented from shifting longitudinally of the belt; and a conveyer belt, particularly pipe conveyer belt, using the same.
