    摘要: It is the purpose of the present invention to provide filter cartridges which can suitably be utilized in purifying chemical fluids for treating the surface of an electronic device substrate to be used in the semiconductor industry, particularly fluids containing a basic compound such as ammonia and an ammonium salt, or hydrofluoric acid (HF). The filter cartridges relating to the present invention which are used in removing metallic impurities contained in a chemical fluid for treating the surface of an electronic device substrate by treating the chemical fluid, is characterized by having a filter material incorporated therein, into which functional groups compatible with the existing morphology of the metallic impurities to be removed are incorporated in compliance with the constituents of the chemical fluid to be treated and the types of the metallic impurities to be removed.

    摘要: A method for producing a composition containing soluble isoflavones is described, which uses soybean materials as raw materials. The composition is obtained in a natural state without addition of solubilizing agents and chemical modification, and has high solubility under neutral to acidic conditions and good long-term stability under refrigeration. By removing the insoluble materials from the water-extract liquid of a soybean material having a pH value of 2-7 and a temperature of 0-17° C., a composition containing isoflavones can be efficiently obtained with high solubility under neutral to acidic conditions and good stability under refrigeration.

The toner cartridge holding device has a toner cartridge mount detection switch that is opened and closed by the attachment or detachment of the toner cartridge. The toner cartridge mount detection switch is inserted in an electric circuit that feeds electric power to an electric motor that drives a conveying device for conveying the discharged toner from the cartridge to the developing unit or drives a take-up shaft for taking up the sealing tape.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus having a potential sensor for measuring a potential at the surface of a photoreceptor drum; a voltage generation circuit for generating a voltage lower than a voltage to be actually induced at the surface of the photoreceptor drum in the course of image formation; switching means for switching a condition so that the photoreceptor is connected to the voltage generation circuit or earthed; and charger-output control means for obtaining a value of a surface potential of the photoreceptor measured by the potential sensor at the time when a voltage form the voltage generation circuit is applied to the photoreceptor by operating the switching means, estimating by arithmetic operation, on the basis of the measured value thus obtained, a value to be measured by the potential sensor when a high voltage is actually induced at the photoreceptor surface in the course of the image formation, and controlling an output from the charger based on the value estimated by the above arithmetic operation when a voltage is applied to the photoreceptor surface by the charger prior to image forming operation.

    摘要: A motor-driven radial plunger pump has an outer housing enclosing a motor section and a pump section drivingly connected thereto. The motor section has a motor housing cooperating with the outer housing to define a fluid passage having a fluid inlet adjacent to a part of the motor housing in which a brush unit is disposed. The fluid passage contains a filter element and has a recess disposed upstream thereof and adjacent to motor magnets so that magnetic particles contained in the fluid flow are magnetically adhered to and deposited on the bottom of the recess. The pump section has a rotor with radial plungers slidably disposed in cylinder bores in the rotor. The cylinder bores have radially inner end successively communicated with a suction passage communicated with the fluid passage between the outer and motor housings through feed holes formed in a coupling disc plate drivingly connecting the motor with the rotor. The feed holes each have a trailing side providing a face extending an angle of attack relative to the plane of the coupling disc plate whereby, when the disc plate is rotated with the rotor, the feed holes operate to positively feed the fluid into the suction passage.
