    摘要: Forming defects and cracks caused by agglomerated glass components are prevented in a glass forming apparatus, such as a fusion draw glass forming apparatus. The glass forming apparatus has first peripheral walls; a forming member to form the glass into sheet form; second peripheral walls provided beneath the first peripheral walls with an interval therebetween; rollers provided within the second peripheral walls for drawing the glass in sheet form downward; partitioning plates for adjusting the temperature of the space; box shaped trays having open portions; and a tray holding mechanism that enables the trays to enter and exit the interval and that hold the trays such that the open portions of the trays extend along the distal ends of the partitioning plates at a position under the partitioning plates when the trays are within the interval.

    摘要: A computer implemented method and system for rendering time sensitive responses to a query associated with a target location is provided. A query-response management server receives a query containing information on a target location from a first client application on a requesting user's requesting device via a network. The query-response management server dynamically retrieves location information and activity information of each of multiple responding users via the network and identifies one or more of the responding users proximal to the target location based on the location information and the activity information. The query-response management server transmits the query to a second client application on a responding device of each of the identified responding users via the network. The query-response management server receives and aggregates responses to the query from the second client application via the network and renders the aggregated responses to the first client application on the requesting device.

    摘要: A multi-layered heat resistant metal tube is disclosed. This tube has excellent anti-coking characteristics and is suitable for use under the conditions where carbon tends to deposit and accumulate thereon due to contacting with hydrocarbons at a high temperature. The tube is made by forming weld-mounted overlaid layer of a Cr—Ni—Mo alloy by building-up welding over the inner surface and/or the outer surface of a substrate tube made of a heat resistant metal. The Cr—Ni—Mo alloy consists essentially of, by weight %, Cr: 36-49 wt %, Ni: 35-63 wt % and Mo: 0.5-5 wt %. Building-up welding is preferably carried out by PPW (Plasma Powder Welding) in which the filler metal is supplied in the form of powder.

    摘要: A metal pipe inner surface weld-mounting apparatus having a monitoring device is constituted by an arm, a horizontal torch, a mirror, a camera and a monitoring device. The arm has a supported base end portion, which is horizontally extended. The horizontal torch is attached to a leading end portion of the arm. The weld-mounting is performed on an inner surface portion of a metal pipe supported rotatably around a horizontally extending axis while at least one of the metal pipe and the horizontal torch is moved in a direction of the axis. The mirror is attached to the leading end portion of the arm. The camera is disposed in a position separated from the mirror for picking up an image of weld-mounting beads in a neighborhood of arc light of the horizontal torch through the mirror. The monitoring device monitors a condition of the weld-mounting.
