    摘要： A method and system for monitoring the temperature and humidity of warehouses are disclosed. The method includes: installing a detecting module in a cartridge, transporting the cartridge to a plurality of storages of the warehouse by a transmission assembly so as to measure the temperature and humidity of each of the storages by the detecting module, transmitting the measured results to a control unit by a wireless network, and dynamically monitoring the temperature and humidity of the warehouses according to the measured results by the control unit. The method and the system not only control and adjust the temperature and humidity of each of the storages of the warehouses in time, but also reduce detection cost.

    摘要： The present invention provides a safety pin which includes a cylinder having a first and second interfaces. A piston is moveably disposed within the cylinder to divide the cylinder into the first and second chambers. A safety pin is securely attached to the piston. A compressed air supplying device supplies the compressed air to the first and second chambers selectively. The safety made accordance with the present invention is securely attached to the piston which divides the cylinder into the first and second chambers. When the compressed air is injected into the first and second chambers selectively, the safety pin is extended or retracted so as to realize the lockup and unlock of the equipment eliminating human error resulted from negligence.

    摘要： The present invention provides an aligning apparatus for glass substrate to properly align the glass substrate during transfer along a conveyor. The aligning apparatus includes a plurality of rollers, at least a pair of directional beams, at least a pair of positioning devices, a piston, and a detecting device. The detecting device is used to detect whether there is an offset of the glass substrate during the transportation, and the piston will be triggered once an offset is found and determined. The piston will move the positioning device such that a portion of the positioning device which extends to the roller will push the offset glass substrate so as to bring the glass substrate back to the correct position. The present invention also discloses a method to conduct the alignment of the glass substrate. By the disclosure of the present invention, the glass substrate transferred on the rollers can be automatically adjusted and aligned once an offset is found.

    摘要： A safety pin is provided and which comprises a cylinder having a first port and a second port arranged in longitudinal ends. A piston is moveably disposed within the cylinder and dividing the cylinder into a first chamber in communication with the first port and a second chamber in communication with the second port. A dowel pin is securely attached to the piston. An adjusting device regulates the position of the piston along a position perpendicular to the first and second directions. And a supplying device directing compressed air to the first chamber through the first port, or directing the compressed air to the second chamber through the second port so as to push the piston and the dowel pin to move along the first direction so as for performing locking and unlocking the equipment. By this arrangement, equipment can be readily locked up and unlocked by the provision of the safety pin.

A protective arrangement is provided on the robot arm to stop the operation of the robot arm when the protective arrangement is triggered to sending out a signal. As the automatic commodity transportation system is arranged with an anti-collision device such that a collision with other moving or stationary part is therefore effectively lowered. As a result, the halt and maintenance resulted of a damaged rotary arm can be avoided, and the production will not be affected. In addition, with the protective arrangement mounted on the rotary arm, personal injury can be effectively prevented as the personnel are safeguarded.
