    摘要： An orthopaedic surgical instrument includes a patella drill guide. The patella drill guide includes a first bracket and a second bracket coupled to the first bracket and moveable relative to the first bracket. The second bracket includes a drill plate having a plurality of guide holes defined therein, and each of the plurality of guide holes is sized to receive a surgical drill. A gasket is pivotally coupled to the second bracket, and the gasket has a plurality of plugs configured to be received in the plurality of guide holes of the second bracket.
