    摘要： An information display apparatus for vehicles for securely providing the driver with only information corresponding to the running condition, the information display apparatus comprising an information processor for receiving information detected by various sensors and monitors and for detecting the running condition of the vehicle, memory containing information on respective running conditions for display and degree of information importance being, and a display unit for displaying information in a display area or in an amount according to the degree of importance. The memory of the information display apparatus is used to read information corresponding to the detected running condition and the degree of information importance. The display area of speed information is increased when the vehicle is running straight and the display area of information about conditions behind the vehicle is increased when the vehicle is traveling in reverse.

    摘要： A voltage conversion device includes: first and second loop circuits having a common inductance element. Electric current alternately flows through the first or second loop circuit as a first switching element of the first loop circuit is turned on or off. A magnetic field that is formed when the first switching element is turned on and that penetrates through the first loop circuit and a magnetic field that is formed when the first switching element is turned off after it is turned on and that penetrates through the second loop circuit have the same direction. All elements that constitute the first and second loop circuits are arranged on the same surface of a substrate. The second loop circuit is connected to a second direct-current power source. The first loop circuit is connected to a first direct-current power source.

    摘要： In an air conditioner having a vertical wind deflector in an air outlet, in order to blow almost all of a warm air flow toward a floor surface without leakage on the ceiling surface side at the heating operation time, a recess connecting with an air passage in a housing is formed at the front part of the air outlet, and a vertical wind deflector is disposed in the recess via a support frame. At the cooling operation time, the support frame and the vertical wind deflector are opened integrally, and at the heating operation time, only the vertical wind deflector is opened in a state in which the support frame is stored in the recess.

    摘要： When a car is traveling ahead of the car on which a route guidance device of this invention is carried, the route guidance device determines the distance D to the preceding vehicle and judges whether or not an intersection where the driver is to be guided is within the distance D from the preset location of the device-loaded vehicle. Namely, the device finds the timing at which the preceding vehicle enters the intersection. At that timing, the device gives a guidance based on the behavior of the preceding vehicle by announcing such a message that "Turn left at the intersection the preceding vehicle is now at", "Turn left at the intersection where the preceding vehicle is turning", "Turn left at the intersection the preceding vehicle is now passing straight through.", etc. Therefore, easily understandable guidance can be given at an intersection where the driver is to be guided.
