    摘要: A machine tool having movable axes driven by linear motors has a brake unit disposed in parallel with each linear motor. When the linear motors are not excited, the brake units are turned on to lock the movable axes. When the linear motors are excited, if a machining signal is off, indicating that machining is not in progress, and no manual command is issued, the brake units are likewise turned on to lock the movable axes. The brake units have a certain amount of play so that even when locked, a movable axis can move by a certain amount to enable the linear motor, if excited, to halt in a stable position, avoiding overcurrent flow.

    摘要: Supply of a wire electrode, application of a detection voltage, and binarization and sampling of the detection voltage are started, so as to start advance of the wire electrode from the position A toward a workpiece. The position of the wire electrode when a sampling value (low level) is detected for the first time is designated as a position B, and the wire electrode is advanced from this position by a predetermined distance P1, and is stopped at a position C. Retreat of the wire electrode is started from the position C, and a position Q where the sampling value has changed from the high level to the low level is stored as a contact/noncontact boundary position. Further, retreat of the wire electrode is continued, and the wire electrode is stopped at a predetermined separating position D, to thereby finish the processing.

    摘要: There is provided a seat back frame in which the same frame can be used for both of single reclining and double reclining, and the deformation of side frame can be controlled against a backward load. The seat back frame is composed of bilaterally symmetrical side frames, an upper pipe welded to both upper end portions of the side frames, and a lower pipe welded to the lower portions of the side frames. The side frames have a wider-in-front shape such that the width is greater on the front side than on the rear side. On the face of the side frame, triangular planes are provided so as to be vertically adjacent to each other, and the common side of the adjacent triangles is bent.

    摘要: When a state for electric discharge is established, switching elements T2 and T3 are turned on so that a machining current J0 from a low-voltage auxiliary DC power source (2) flows between a workpiece (W) and a machining electrode (P). Thereupon, an electric discharge machining current J0 sharply rises as a high voltage is applied from a main DC power source (1). When the switching element T1 is turned off, the electric discharge machining current (J0) reaches its peak value, which is maintained by the current from the auxiliary DC power source (2). When the switching elements T2 and T3 are turned off, a current produced by induced energy is fed back to the main DC power source (1) through diodes D1 and D2, whereupon the machining current sharply falls.

    摘要: A module substrate which mounts a plurality of electronic parts on the surface thereof and in which the voltage is uniformalized at power source feeding pads connected to the electronic parts. Pins for receiving an external power source are formed on the back surface of the module substrate. The module substrate includes a spreading conductor layer to which the power source is connected via pins and which is spread over the whole module, a plurality of uniformalizing conductor layers are connected to the feeding pads on the surface of the substrate via the through-holes and that are provided independently for each of the electronic parts. A plurality of resistance means have ends on one side connected to the plurality of uniformalizing conductor layers, and have ends on the other side connected to the spreading conductor layer. The resistance means have resistances determined in advance depending upon the power consumption of the electronic parts corresponding to the uniformalizing conductor layers.

    摘要: In an electric discharge machining power source having a capacitor discharge circuit with a switching element, charging of a capacitor is stopped through an OR gate (G1), a NOR gate (G2) and a preamplifier (A1) in response to an output from a charge voltage detecting circuit (1) for generating the output when a charge voltage across the capacitor exceeds a reference voltage. At the same time, the switching element is turned on through a preamplifier (A2). The switching element is kept on through the OR gate (G1) and the preamplifier (A2) until a discharge current detecting circuit (4) detects the discharge current and stops generating the output. When the capacitor is completely discharged, the switching element is turned off. When a predetermined period of time has elapsed under the control of a monostable multivibrator (3), the capacitor is recharged.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an image display apparatus, e.g. a head-mounted image display apparatus, in which an image from a single image display device is led to two eyes without using a half-mirror, thereby allowing observation of a bright image. The image display apparatus has an optical path distributing mirror 1 for distributing the image of a single display device 10 to an optical path for a right eye and an optical path for a left eye, and an ocular prism 2R for the right eye and an ocular prism 2L for the left eye, which are placed on the right- and left-hand sides, respectively, of the optical path distributing mirror 1. In the optical path for the right eye, display light from the display device 3 is reflected by a reflecting surface 1R of the optical path distributing mirror 1 and passes through a first surface 21R of the decentered prism member 2R to enter the prism, in which the light is totally reflected by a second surface 22R, which serves also as a fourth surface 24R, and back-reflected by a third surface 23R to exit from the prism through the fourth surface 24R. The light is led to an exit pupil 4R for the right eye to project an enlarged image of the display device 3 into the right eye. The same is true in the optical path for the left eye.
