摘要： Disclosed is a device for producing embroidery pattern stitch data, wherein a pattern or patterns may be entered or selected from a memory (3) and the like and optionally positioned. It is discriminated if the selected pattern or patterns may be wholly received in a predetermined stitch area. If the selected pattern or patterns may not be wholly received in the stitch area and partly extend beyond the stitch area, print data may be produced for printing the selected pattern or patterns, and simultaneously for printing reference marks defining the positions and angles of the patterns relative to the work holding frame for holding the work to be stitched.

摘要： An embroidery stitch data producing device is disclosed, which is superior in its operating efficiency and is effectively operated to produce the stitch data for forming the stitches of an image to be embroidered, wherein the device is adapted to designate the parts of the image in accordance with the embroidering conditions including thread colors and other elements and being optionally determined. The designated parts of the image may be divided into a plurality of groups in dependence upon the determined embroidering conditions, and each of the groups are dealt with as a single unit. The stitch data are produced for each of the units in accordance with the determined embroidering conditions.

摘要： An embroidery stitch data producing device is disclosed, which is designed to display an embroidery pattern in a manner that the pattern is closest to the one that is to be embroidered. The device is provided with a scanner 51 or an image input means 2 for inputting colors therethrough. The color indicating data thus obtained and/or color indicating data stored in an image data memory 41 are registered to a color indication data registering means 22. More particularly the area of a display may be set for the background of an image to be embroidered before or after the image is displayed, or before or after the stitch conditions including thread colors are set.

摘要： An embroidery stitch data producing device with selective designation confirming functions is disclosed, wherein embroidery stitch data are produced from the image data obtained from an original image for defining the outlines and the blocks enclosed by the outlines with stitch conditions including stitch types and thread colors being designated. The outlines and the blocks so designated are classified and memorized. Further the device of the invention comprises a first screen for enabling the user to selectively designate thereon the individual outlines divided at the intersection between the adjacent outlines and the blocks enclosed by the outlines, a second screen for enabling the user to confirm and temporarily and independently register thereon the stitch conditions including the colors of the designated outlines and the blocks, a third screen for indicating thereon the temporarily registered parts of image in a lump, a fourth screen for indicating thereon the temporarily registered parts of the image individually so as to enable the user to designate the stitching order of the parts, and a fifth screen for producing stitch data from the temporarily registered parts and producing indication data from the stitch data so as to enable the user to confirm the conditions of stitches of the image to be sewn.

摘要： Marks such as patterns, designs, numbers, or the like are cut out of a mark sheet or mark sheets placed on a glass base by a thermal cutter having a heated cutting bit. The thermal cutter is movable two-dimensionally over the mark sheet, and is also vertically movable between an upper position in which the thermal cutter is lifted off the mark sheet supported on the base and a lower position in which the thermal cutter is lowered in contact with the mark sheet supported on the base. The thermal cutter is angularly movably supported on an eccentric shaft that is rotatable by a stepping motor. The thermal cutter has a cutting bit resiliently urged by a spring for stable positioning. A range or ranges in which desired marks are to be cut out of a mark sheet or mark sheets can be confirmed by being traced by the thermal cutter before the marks are actually cut out. When mark numerals indicative of desired numbers are to be cut out, such mark numerals are rearranged and displayed for the operator's information. The thermal cutter can be cleaned by a cutter cleaner in a different cleaning pattern each time the thermal cutter has moved a predetermined distance in contact with the mark sheet or mark sheets. The thermal cutter moves to the cutter cleaner and also to a position to start cutting out desired marks, at a higher speed than the speed at which it cuts out the desired marks.
