    摘要： A rotating machine having a stator core and being equipped with coolers for cooling a cooling medium which is circulated inside the machine by the rotation of a fan installed near a rotating axis of the rotating machine. The coolers are installed in a ventilation passage for the cooling medium and include a primary cooler installed in a primary ventilation passage extending from an exhaust side of the fan to a suction side of the fan via the stator core, and a secondary cooler installed in a secondary ventilation passage extending from the exhaust side of the fan in the primary ventilation passage to an inside of an inner surface of the stator core via the stator core.

    摘要： In order to provide a rotating machine in which the temperature increase distribution inside the machine can be equalized, not only is a primary cooler installed in the primary ventilation passage that extends from the exhaust side of the fans and installed on the rotating axis to the suction side of the fans and via the core, but a secondary cooler is installed in the secondary ventilation passage that is branched from the primary ventilation passage, thus making it possible to further cool part of the cooling medium, which has once been cooled by the primary cooler, by means of the secondary cooler, that is, to cool the cooling medium by circulating it through the coolers twice.

    摘要： In a rotating machinery having armature windings constituted by a lot of strands, when the armature winding is constituted by four layers, a step number of the strands becomes half with respect to two layers of armature windings so as to facilitate manufacturing an armature winding of 540 degree transposition in which a transposition pitch is elongated and a circulating current loss is reduced, but since an output voltage becomes twice, for securing a voltage limit value caused by an isolation resisting force, one layer of armature windings are constituted by sub windings separated into at least two layers in a vertical direction, a transposition is independently applied to each of the sub windings, the sub windings are connected to the armature windings of the other slot while keeping an isolation of the sub winding at an armature winding end region by at least two connecting methods, and the sub winding constructs a parallel circuit by the armature windings of a plurality of slots.

    摘要： A steering apparatus for vehicle comprises a steering shaft including a first portion connected to a steering member and a second portion connected to steerable wheels; a transmission ratio variable mechanism capable of varying a transmission ratio as a ratio of a steered angle of the steerable wheels to a steering angle of the steering member; and a reaction-force compensation motor for compensating a steering reaction force of the steering member caused by the operation of the transmission ratio variable mechanism. The transmission ratio variable mechanism includes a differential mechanism for differentially rotatably interconnecting the first and second portions; and a differential-mechanism motor for driving the differential mechanism. Both an axis of a rotary shaft of the differential-mechanism motor and an axis of a rotary shaft of the reaction-force compensation motor are aligned with an axis of the steering shaft.
