    摘要: In order to provide a rotating machine in which the temperature increase distribution inside the machine can be equalized, not only is a primary cooler installed in the primary ventilation passage that extends from the exhaust side of the fans and installed on the rotating axis to the suction side of the fans and via the core, but a secondary cooler is installed in the secondary ventilation passage that is branched from the primary ventilation passage, thus making it possible to further cool part of the cooling medium, which has once been cooled by the primary cooler, by means of the secondary cooler, that is, to cool the cooling medium by circulating it through the coolers twice.

    摘要: A rotating electric machine exhibits a substantially level axial temperature rise distribution by supplying a coolant which is sufficiently cooled to a central portion of an iron core which is most distant from each of the axial ends of the iron core. A plurality of ventilating passages, which continuously extend in the peripheral direction, are provided in the axial direction between a stator frame and a stator iron core, and coolers are provided in the ventilating passages. A coolant boosted by a booster is cooled by the coolers and is allowed to flow to a central portion of the stator iron core in the direction from the outer peripheral side to the inner peripheral side of the stator iron core via ventilating passages which communicate with the central portion of the stator iron core.

    摘要: There is provided an electric rotary machine having, in particular, a large capacity, in which a volume of cooling air is ensured for the axially center part thereof so as to make the temperature distribution uniform in the axial direction of the rotor and the stator. Each of gas coolers in the electric rotary machine is divided into not less than two of passage parts in which streams run in two directions in opposite to each other are created, and a stator-cooling connection passage is formed so as to connect not less than two passage parts located in the radially outward part of the stator 2 and axially defined by partition walls with the passage parts in the gas coolers in the electric rotary machine. With this arrangement, cold gas can be led into the axially center part of the stator without increasing the total ventilation resistance, and accordingly, it is possible to prevent occurrence of temperature rise in the axially center parts of the stator and the rotor, which would be caused in the electric rotary machine having, in particular, a large capacity.

    摘要: An air ventilation hole provided on a creepage block and an air ventilation hole provided on a rotor winding, and having a different shape than the air ventilation hole provided on the creepage block communicate smoothly with an air ventilation hole provided on the most outer diameter turn of the rotary winding, which is in contact with the creepage block of the rotor winding. Accordingly, the withstand pressure of the creepage block can be maintained fully and also the flow of a cooling air flowing in a radial direction to the rotor winding, the creepage block, and a wedge can be formed smoothly. As a result, the cooling air can be increased and a heat exchange having a good efficiency can be carried out. Accordingly, the cooling performance of the rotor winding can be heightened and the creepage block can be formed with a high reliability against centrifugal force.
