摘要： A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising spatial relation configuration parameters of a physical uplink control channel. The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of reference signal (RS) sets. An RS set of the plurality of RS sets comprises one or more RSs. A medium access control control element, activating the RS set of the plurality of RS sets, is received. A downlink control information, indicating an RS of the RS set, is received. A spatial domain transmission filter, for the physical uplink control channel, is determined based on based on the RS. Uplink control information is transmitted, via the physical uplink control channel, based on the spatial domain transmission filter.

摘要： A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells. An activation command indicating activation of a plurality of secondary cells (SCells) of the plurality of cells is received. A first downlink control information (DCI), comprising a power saving indication bitmap, is received. Each bit of the power saving indication bitmap indicates whether to monitor a downlink control channel on a corresponding activated SCell of the plurality of SCells. The wireless device starts monitoring a downlink control channel of an activated SCell of the activated SCells, in response to a bit, of the power saving indication bitmap, corresponding to the activated SCell, indicating monitoring the downlink control channel. A second DCI is received via the downlink control channel.

The one or more radio resource control messages comprising configuration parameters of a cell for beam failure recovery. The configuration parameters indicate: a serving beam set, a plurality of candidate beam sets, and a monitoring priority of the plurality of candidate beam sets. A beam failure instance of the serving beam set is detected. In response to the detection, a first candidate beam set of the plurality of candidate beam sets is determined based on the monitoring priority. A candidate beam is selected from the first candidate beam set. A preamble associated with the candidate beam for the beam failure recovery is transmitted.

摘要： A wireless device receives message(s) comprising: a first value for a downlink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round-trip-time (RTT) timer; and a second value for a downlink discontinuous reception (DRX) retransmission timer. A downlink control information indicating downlink transmission of a transport block is received. The downlink HARQ RTT timer is started with the first value in response to receiving the downlink control information. The first value indicates a first number of symbols. The downlink DRX retransmission timer is started with the second value in response to the downlink HARQ RTT timer expiring and the transport block not being successfully decoded. The second value indicates a second number of slot lengths. A downlink control channel is monitored while the downlink DRX retransmission timer is running.

The wireless device may determine a connection failure based on expiration of the beam failure recovery timer. The wireless device may transmit a radio link failure report to a first base station based on the connection failure. The radio link failure report may comprise an index of the first beam.

摘要： A wireless device receives a DCI from a base station. The DCI comprises a power control command of an uplink shared channel, a CSI request field, a hybrid automatic repeat request process number, and a redundancy version. Validation of the DCI for an activation of a semi-persistent CSI reporting is performed based on: a radio network temporary identifier of the semi-persistent CSI reporting, the hybrid automatic repeat request process number being set to a first value, and the redundancy version being set to a second value. The semi-persistent CSI reporting indicated by the CSI request field is activated in response to the validation being achieved. A semi-persistent CSI report is transmitted, based on the activated semi-persistent CSI reporting, via the uplink shared channel with a transmission power determined based on the power control command.

摘要： A wireless device activates a first downlink bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell and a first uplink BWP of the cell. An active downlink BWP, identified with a second downlink BWP index, is switched from the first downlink BWP to a second downlink BWP. It is determined that the second downlink BWP is configured with one or more beam failure recovery (BFR) parameters. An active uplink BWP, identified with a second uplink BWP index that is the same as the second downlink BWP index, is switched, based on the determining, from the first uplink BWP to a second uplink BWP. The active downlink BWP is switched from the second downlink BWP to a third downlink BWP. Based on a determination that the third downlink BWP is not configured with one or more BFR parameters, the second uplink BWP is kept as the active uplink BWP.
