The plate has a first surface and an opposing second surface. The assembly includes a body having a defined length and a cross-sectional shape having a thickness defined between an outer surface and an inner surface thereof. The body includes a first mounting end and a second mounting end, where the first mounting end is mounted to the first surface at a first angle greater than 0°. The second mounting end is also mounted to the first surface at a second angle greater than 0°, and the second mounting end is spaced from the first mounting end. A conduit is defined between the inner surface and first surface for a cooling fluid to flow therethrough.
