摘要： The invention relates to a process by which C4- to C6-olefins or an essentially sulfur-free olefin cut comprising C4- to C6-olefins is isomerized over a catalyst comprising an element of the eighth transition group of the Periodic Table, in the presence of at least one added sulfur compound, and any polyunsaturated hydrocarbons contained therein are selectively hydrogenated and hydroisomerized, and also the sulfur compounds are separated from the product and optionally recycled, so that virtually sulfur-free products are obtained.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for preparing tert-butanol by reaction of a homogeneous mixture comprising water, tert-butanol and an isobutene-containing hydrocarbon mixture over an acidic ion-exchange resin at from 30 to 120° C., wherein the homogeneous mixture contains, at a proportion by mass of isobutene of above 10%, from 30 to 80% of the maximum amount of water made possible by the solubility of water in the mixture of tert-butanol and the isobutene-containing hydrocarbon mixture.

摘要： Isobutene is prepared by dissociating tert-butanol into isobutene and water over an acid ion-exchange resin arranged as a fixed bed in at least one reactor at a temperature of from 80 to 150° C. and at a pressure of from 5 to 25 bar to obtain a reaction mixture, separating the reaction mixture into isobutene, a by-product, water and at least one mixture of undissociated tert-butanol and water. The reactor is operated pseudo-isothermally, with a temperature difference between inflowing and outflowing streams of less than 15 K.

摘要： An apparatus and a process for producing and delivering a foamable plastic, especially for injecting a foamable plastic, containing a physical blowing agent, include a casing having an interior and a screw disposed in the interior for conveying a stream of a plastics melt through at least one subsection of the interior along a conveying zone to a closable orifice of the casing. A channel in the screw has a channel exit orifice for supplying the physical blowing agent in a region of the conveying zone, so that the physical blowing agent can be added to the plastics melt. A control unit for controlling the exiting of the physical blowing agent from the channel is disposed at the screw, outside the channel and in front of the channel exit orifice.
