    摘要: A process for preparing polyacetals by copolymerization of glyoxylic esters with other copolymerizable monomers in the presence of anionic or cationic polymerization initiators, with or without the introduction of stable end groups and with or without hydrolysis of the copolymerized units of glyoxylic ester present in the copolymer comprises using as monomers cyclic formals derived from diols, homopolymers of formaldehyde, trioxepane or mixtures thereof, although up to 50% by weight of this group of monomers may be replaced by other customary copolymerizable monomers, and the poly(acetal-carboxylate)s thus obtainable are useful as additives in reduced-phosphate and phosphate-free detergents and cleaners, as water treatment agents and as dispersants for finely divided substances.

    摘要: A thermoplastic molding composition composed of, based on the total of A, B, C and D,40-95% by weight of a copolymer A of, based on A,90-95% by weight of styrene and/or its derivatives and 10-50% by weight of acrylonitrile, optionally up to 50% by weight of a graft copolymer B of 20-80% by weight of a monomer mixture of either styrene/acrylonitrile in the ration from 9:1 to 4:6 or styrene/acrylonitrile/methylacrylate in the ration from 19:1:1 to 8:6:6 onto 80-20% by weight of an elastomer based on butadiene or acrylic ester as grafting base, graft copolymerization being effected in either emulsion or solution, 1-50% by weight of a reinforcing glass fiber material C and 0.1-50% by weight of a terpolymer D of styrene, methyl methacrylate and maleic anhydride composed of 1-15% by weight each of styrene and maleic anhydride and a styrene/maleic anhydride ratio of from 5:1 to 1:5, and methyl methacrylate.

    摘要: Fireproofed thermoplastic molding materials which contain red phosphorus as a flame-proofing agent are obtainable by mixing(A) from 5 to 95% by weight of a polyamide or of a polyester or of a mixture of these,(B) from 5 to 95% by weight of an elastomer dispersion containing, as essential components,(b.sub.1) from 5 to 75% by weight of an elastomer prepared by emulsion polymerization,(b.sub.2) from 10 to 70% by weight of red phosphorus, p2 (b.sub.3) from 10 to 80% by weight of water and(b.sub.4) from 0.1 to 5% by weight of dispersant, and(C) from 0 to 60% by weight of fibrous or particulate fillers or a mixture of these,the total content of red phosphorus in the molding material being from 3 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the molding material, and the elastomer composition being introduced into a melt of the polyamide or of the polyester or of a mixture of these.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of high-impact nylon molding materials, containing 30-88% by weight of a thermoplastic nylon, 10-50% by weight of an organosilane-coated silicate reinforcing filler, 0.1-5% by weight of a polyurethane ionomer, 2-30% by weight of a carboxyl-containing thermoplastic elastomer and, where appropriate, effective amounts of conventional additives, by mixing the silicate filler, coated with an organosilane and a polyurethane ionomer, with the thermoplastic elastomer and the nylon at above the melting point of the nylon, wherein, in a first stage, the silicate filler coated with an organosilane and a polyurethane ionomer is mixed with the nylon at above the melting point of the latter, and in a second stage the thermoplastic elastomer is finely dispersed in the filler-containing nylon at above the melting point of the latter.
