    摘要: In an information processing apparatus, a motion vector acquisition unit acquires the movement of a cursor of a pointing device as a motion vector. A display unit displays an execution screen for an application. The display unit displays an operation area for operating an operation target in the application in an area of a display screen different from an area for displaying the execution screen. A conversion unit obtains the moving direction and the amount of displacement of the display position of the operation target based on the motion vector, acquired by the motion vector acquisition unit, of the cursor of the pointing device in the operation area.

    摘要: Composite particles, wherein each particle contains titanium oxide, a first covering layer containing cerium oxide and a second covering layer containing silicon oxide in this order from the inside, and wherein the amount of cerium oxide is from 3 to 30 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of titanium oxide, the amount of silicon oxide is from 5 to 60 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of titanium oxide, and the average particle size of the composite particles is from 0.15 to 3 μm. The composite particles suppress discoloration, decomposition and photocatalytic reaction of titanium oxide by ultraviolet rays and show excellent resistance against hydrogen fluoride. Discoloration, changes in visible light transmittance, and decreases in the mechanical strength of coating compositions, printing inks, and resin films coated with printing inks containing the composite particles are suppressed for long periods of time.

    摘要: An optical module includes a stem; a first lead pin and a second lead pin for receiving differential signals, the first and second lead pins penetrating the stem; a mount block fixed to the stem; a laser diode having a pair of electrodes; a submount mounted on the mount block and having an interdigital capacitors and a plurality of electrode patterns on a surface on the submount; and a first wire and a second wire electrically connecting the submount to the first and second lead pins, respectively. The laser diode is mounted on one of the electrode patterns on the submount and connected to another one of the electrode patterns on the submount by a third wire such that the laser diode, and the interdigital capacitor form an electrical circuit. The interdigital capacitor has a capacitance selected to reduce signal reflection at a selected frequency.
