摘要: A process for producing a monolithic ceramic electronic component, which includes: providing a ceramic slurry, a conductive paste and a ceramic paste; forming a plurality of composite structures each comprising a ceramic green sheet produced by shaping the ceramic slurry, internal circuit element films formed by applying the conductive paste partially onto a main surface of the ceramic green sheet so as to provide step-like sections, and a ceramic green layer which compensates for spaces defined by the step-like sections, the ceramic green layer being formed by applying the ceramic paste onto the region on the main surface of the sheet on which the element films are not formed so as to substantially compensate for the spaces; forming a green laminate by laminating the composite structures; and firing the green laminate. A monolithic ceramic electronic component which is produced through the process; a ceramic paste; and a production process for the paste are also disclosed.

摘要: This invention is related to a three-dimensional measuring device for measuring three-dimensional positions of an objects. The three-dimensional measuring device comprises an optical projection system and an optical reception system. In a preliminary measurement prior to an actual measurement, the optical projection system projects slit light beam on the object with varying projection angle with in a narrow range, and the optical reception system receives the slit light beam reflected by the object and generates image signals corresponding to an amount of the received light synchronously with variation of the projection angle. Measurement conditions including intensity of the light beam and the projection angle for the actual measurement are set in accordance with the image signals of the actual measurement. Under the measurement conditions, the actual measurement is executed by projection the light beam on the object with varying the projection angle within a wide range.

摘要: A video conference system enables a video conference to be opened with the exception that a reservation server which accepts the reservation of the conference executes control of conference opening. A user inputs reservation information of the video conference relative to a reservation server while using a personal computer. When the reservation server accepts reservation, the reservation server generates a reservation number. The reservation server transmits the reservation number to any of multi-point control units. The multi-point control unit manages a reserved reservation number. A conference participant inputs the above reservation number on the occasion of circuit connection as a sub-address from any of the video conference terminal devices. The multi-point control unit receives the above reservation number on the occasion of signal reception. The multi-point control unit decides whether or not the reservation number received is the same number that the multi-point control unit manages. If the both numbers agree, it causes the conference to be opened. When another conference participant performs circuit connection with the same reservation number, it causes the conference participant to participate in the video conference which was just opened.
