    摘要: A method of producing a molecularly-imprinted material comprises synthesizing a peptide, oligosaccharide or oligonucleotide on a disposable surface modified support to produce a support surface-attached peptide, oligosaccharide or oligonucleotide, providing a selected monomer mixture, contacting the monomer mixture with the support surface-attached peptide, oligosaccharide or oligonucleotide, initiating polymerisation or at least one crosslinking reaction, dissolving or degrading the support surface-attached peptide, oligosaccharide or oligonucleotide and support, and obtaining molecularly imprinted material.

    摘要: A porous, molecularly imprinted polymer and a process for its preparation are described. The porous, molecularly imprinted polymer is characterised in that it is obtainable by providing a porous silica; attaching a molecular template to the surface of the porous silica; filling the pores of the porous silica with a polymer, removing the silica and the molecular template, thereby leaving a porous, molecularly imprinted polymer. The process is characterised by the above defined process steps. Also described are a porous polymer vesicle and its preparation with the same features as defined for the porous, molecularly imprinted polymer and its preparation, except for the lack of the molecular template and thus the lack of the molecular imprint in the porous polymer.

    摘要: The invention refers to a molecularly imprinted polymer, a method of preparing a molecularly imprinted polymer material, and the use thereof. According to the invention a support comprising at least one monomer, and a template, in a polymerization medium is polymerized with a free radical initiator, whereafter the template is removed from the molecularly imprinted polymer obtained. The polymerization is confined to the surface of the support, preferably by confining the free radical initiator to the support by bonding adsorption. The molecularly imprinted polymer may be used in chromatography, for separations, in chemical sensors, in molecular recognition as stationary phase in capillaries, in selected sample enrichment or in catalysis.
