摘要: An array baseplate and a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The array baseplate includes: a substrate; a drive unit disposed on one side of the substrate; and a light-emitting unit including at least one light-emitting subunit and disposed on a side of the substrate away from the drive unit, wherein the light-emitting unit is electrically connected to the drive unit through a wiring penetrating the substrate, and at least part area of each light-emitting subunit is in direct contact with the substrate. The light-emitting unit and the drive unit in the array baseplate are located on two sides of the substrate, and at least part area of the light-emitting subunit is in direct contact with the substrate.

The current control circuit is configured to control an intensity of the driving current according to a display data signal received thereby. The time control circuit is configured to control a passage time of the driving current according to a time data signal and a switch control signal received thereby. The light-emitting component is configured to emit a light according to the intensity and the passage time of the driving current.

摘要: An array substrate is provided, including a substrate, wherein the substrate is provided with a plurality of electrodes and a plurality of first signal lines, each of the electrodes being correspondingly connected with a first signal line. In some examples, the first signal lines extend in the same direction. In some examples, at least two of the plurality of first signal lines are located in different layers of an insulating spacer from each other. In some examples, orthographic projections on the substrate of at least two of the first signal lines in the different layers at least partially overlap. Accordingly, a light field display device comprising the array substrate is also provided. The array substrate can reduce a light-emitting point size and increase a density distribution of light-emitting points.

摘要: An electrode, a method of manufacturing the same, a light-emitting device, and a display device are provided, the electrode includes: a reflective layer; and two double-layer adjusting units stacked on the reflective layer, each including an insulating layer and a conductive layer sequentially arranged and directly contacted in a direction away from the reflective layer. For at least one unit, a via hole is provided in the insulating layer, an electrode lead formed integrally with the conductive layer is provided in the via hole, and electrically connected to the reflective layer through the electrode lead. In each unit, a difference between a thickness of the conductive layer and a thickness of the insulating layer does not exceed a set threshold configured to control the thickness of the insulating layer. The conductive layer farthest from the reflective layer locates on different levels in light-emitting regions of different types of light-emitting devices.

摘要: A pixel driving circuit includes a current controlling module, an outputting module and a time length controlling module including a comparator, a first energy storage element, an offset voltage writing sub-circuit, and first and second output sub-circuits. First terminal of first energy storage element is connected with first input terminal of comparator and second terminal with the first output sub-circuit. The second output sub-circuit is connected with second input terminal of comparator. The offset voltage writing sub-circuit writes an offset voltage of comparator to the first energy storage element. One of the first and second output sub-circuits outputs time signal and the other outputs reference voltage signal. The comparator outputs comparison signal according to the time signal and the reference voltage signal. The current controlling module outputs current signal. The outputting module turns on responsive to the comparison signal and controls current of light-emitting unit according to the current signal.

摘要: The present application discloses pixel circuit including a current-control circuit coupled respectively to a first data-signal terminal, a first voltage terminal, a first scan-signal terminal, and a first output node. The current-control circuit is configured to output a driving current to the first output node based on a first data signal and a first voltage signal in response to a first scan signal. The pixel circuit further includes a timing-control circuit coupled respectively to a second data-signal terminal, a second scan-signal terminal, multiple modulation-signal terminals, the first output node, and a second output node. The timing-control circuit is configured to select one modulation signal based on a second data signal in response to a second scan signal and to output the driving current from the current-control circuit via the second output node to a light-emitting device based on the modulation signal.

The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a first voltage control circuit, a light-emitting control circuit, a second voltage control circuit, a control capacitor circuit and a reference voltage write circuit. The second voltage control circuit is configured to, under control of the first gate drive signal, control the second electrode of the light-emitting element to be coupled with the control node, thereby controlling the light-emitting element to be turned on, so that the control capacitor circuit is charged by the reference voltage, a potential at the control node is changed accordingly, until the light-emitting element is turned off.
