    摘要: A light emitting plate, a wiring plate and a display device are provided. The light emitting plate includes a base substrate; and light emitting units on the base substrate. Each of the light emitting units includes a light emitting sub-unit, the light emitting sub-unit includes a connection line unit and a light emitting diode chip connected with the connection line unit. The connection line unit includes at least two electrical contact pairs, and each of the at least two electrical contact pairs includes a first electrode contact and a second electrode contact; in each connection line unit, the second electrode contacts are electrically connected with each other, the first electrode contacts are electrically connected with each other, and only one of the at least two electrical contact pairs in each connection line unit is connected with the light emitting diode chip.

    摘要: An electrode, a method of manufacturing the same, a light-emitting device, and a display device are provided, the electrode includes: a reflective layer; and two double-layer adjusting units stacked on the reflective layer, each including an insulating layer and a conductive layer sequentially arranged and directly contacted in a direction away from the reflective layer. For at least one unit, a via hole is provided in the insulating layer, an electrode lead formed integrally with the conductive layer is provided in the via hole, and electrically connected to the reflective layer through the electrode lead. In each unit, a difference between a thickness of the conductive layer and a thickness of the insulating layer does not exceed a set threshold configured to control the thickness of the insulating layer. The conductive layer farthest from the reflective layer locates on different levels in light-emitting regions of different types of light-emitting devices.

    摘要: A pixel driving circuit includes a current controlling module, an outputting module and a time length controlling module including a comparator, a first energy storage element, an offset voltage writing sub-circuit, and first and second output sub-circuits. First terminal of first energy storage element is connected with first input terminal of comparator and second terminal with the first output sub-circuit. The second output sub-circuit is connected with second input terminal of comparator. The offset voltage writing sub-circuit writes an offset voltage of comparator to the first energy storage element. One of the first and second output sub-circuits outputs time signal and the other outputs reference voltage signal. The comparator outputs comparison signal according to the time signal and the reference voltage signal. The current controlling module outputs current signal. The outputting module turns on responsive to the comparison signal and controls current of light-emitting unit according to the current signal.

    摘要: The present application discloses pixel circuit including a current-control circuit coupled respectively to a first data-signal terminal, a first voltage terminal, a first scan-signal terminal, and a first output node. The current-control circuit is configured to output a driving current to the first output node based on a first data signal and a first voltage signal in response to a first scan signal. The pixel circuit further includes a timing-control circuit coupled respectively to a second data-signal terminal, a second scan-signal terminal, multiple modulation-signal terminals, the first output node, and a second output node.     摘要: The present disclosure provides a pixel circuit and a display device. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a first voltage control circuit, a light-emitting control circuit, a second voltage control circuit, a control capacitor circuit and a reference voltage write circuit. The reference voltage write circuit is configured to write a reference voltage to the first electrode of the light-emitting element. The second voltage control circuit is configured to, under control of the first gate drive signal, control the second electrode of the light-emitting element to be coupled with the control node, thereby controlling the light-emitting element to be turned on, so that the control capacitor circuit is charged by the reference voltage, a potential at the control node is changed accordingly, until the light-emitting element is turned off.
